Came in January 29, 2026. Ordered a simple sandwich (double meat turkey with provolone toasted) and it was an average subway experience. Worker was friendly and a had some good small talk with the man near the kitchen. My sandwich was toasted well and made correctly. Bar seemed clean and there was care to not cut my sandwich with a dirty knife (which I appreciate as it’s happened before at other locations). Shop was clean and picked up, cookies were fresh and soft. My only complaint was the soda tap tasted weird, my guess is that it just needs a syrup refill but otherwise this was a good experience, sandwich was tasty

I love this Subway! The staff is so friendly and sweet, and they even give me free cookies!! The Indian woman who always makes my sandwiches is always very nice and smiling. You should eat here!

First time having been to this location and I ordered 4 sandwiches in the app. It’s hard to go wrong with subway, but I will surely never order thru the app at this location again. Paid for double meat on a steak sub and received the normal amount. Not one black olive on the other three. I suppose asking for “extra” green pepper and onions means you get four slivers per sandwich. Really just ended up with bread, meat, and cheese subs. Really disappointing. Maybe different if you order in person, but I can’t recommend the Lebanon West Main location for ordering sight unseen…

Sucks. The woman that is there on the 2/3/2026 at 1pm sucks. She’s so angry and don’t say a word or anything is like talking to a robot. You talk to her and she don’t answer back. And when you talk to her she acting like you the one don’t understand her. Don’t ever ever ever ever ever ever ever do there when she’s there.

I’ve been eating Subway since they’ve began never a problem until today for the first time I ordered thru Ubereat. The meat to bread and veggie ratio was very off. With each bite you could barely tell there’s was any meat.

I threw my sub out after one bite. Gross wilted lettuce, old tomatoes, and my sub was toasted for all of three seconds. The employee was also on the phone the entire time while taking my order – rude and dismissive.

HORRIBLE customer service. The two older couples have zero customer service skills. They are rude and could care less about customer experience. I placed an online order and was charged but they said they did not receive it. I had the receipt and they still refused to give me my food without paying for it again. They told me to take the receipt to my bank to get the refund. That’s how little they know about the business they are running. The two teen girls that work there are the only ones that know what they are doing and actually have an understanding of customer service.
