I wanted to take the time to thank you for your spectacular and understanding customer service. You got my order right after telling you once, I didn’t have to repeat myself over and over… and over. Thank you for your reasonable prices. Thank you for the paper bag that you put my sandwiches in, it was very secure and didn’t rip at all… the paper handles didn’t rip and my sandwiches didn’t fall out of my hand, I really appreciate that. I typically don’t have a problem with this store but one day my fiance ran in for me since I wasn’t able to walk. We arrived at 8:45pm and the signage stated the store closes at 9pm. As my fiance was trying to finalize his choice before ordering, before he could speak he was told by staff to “hurry up because we’re closing already.” He told them the sign says 9 and they told him they close by 8:45. This was disrespectful and rude to push off a customer like this. If you’re closing at a certain time, honor the time on your signage please and don’t push customers out if they’re arriving before closing. He was 15min in before closing, not 15 seconds. Please be kind and considerate of your hours and customers. Thank you!
