First time trying this place. Owners and staff are amazing and they have one of the best spots in town. Inside and outside seating with an excellent view of the railroad tracks. The decor is amazing…plenty of TVs and music. We got a to-go order of buffalo wings…which could’ve used some more sauce, but had excellent cook and taste. Meat calzone, which was amazing and overflowing with cheese…a pizza with pepperoni and cheese that tasted delicious. And deep fried ravioli….which was sadly my least favorite. We didnt receive dipping sauce for the calzone or raviolis but was still amazed with the taste and price.

We enjoyed friendly service and live music on the patio, the pizzas were actually “too cheesy” (so, best when hot right out of the oven and not so good as it cools) and the crust nothing special but the real treat was the fried avocado bites appetizer!

The staff and food at Capone’s are both great! My family and I had a very pleasant experience. The deep fried ravioli and fried avocado are both delicious. I’ve never tried either before we ate here. The drinks from the bar were just as good. The servers are very sweet and worked as a team helping each other. The owners, Tim and Marsha, are just as nice and friendly too. Capone’s has a fun and welcoming atmosphere and you feel nothing but good vibes from the time you walk up the patio. We enjoyed watching other guests get up and sing karaoke. Very entertaining. Thank you for the wonderful service, food and fun time! My family and I will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Cool place with good food & good prices. They had live music both times we visited on July 4th weekend. The pizzas, wings, jalapeno bites, & beers we had were all good. Even though they were busy we still had good service. Capone’s was the highlight of our weekend as far as food & live entertainment. We’ll definitely visit again when we come to Spruce Pine later this year.

My husband and I ate here last week. My husband ordered the burger and I ordered the Calzone. They were both delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The owners, Tim and Marsha are doing an amazing job. Can’t wait to go back. We will eat there again soon. 5 stars.

Not a good experience, were seated when restaurant was almost empty, early on a Saturday. Took close to 1 hour to get 2 orders of wings, which, when they finally arrived, were not well cooked. We were told about 30 minutes into our wait that they had received a big order from the hospital.
It sure would have been nice to have been told that before placing our orders! In spite of our obvious displeasure, the waitress did not have the manager/owner come out to speak with us, my friend had to ask to speak with him. When he did come, he was pretty rude, although he did comp one order of the wings. Also, there was a large number of staff just milling around, which was aggravating since we had to wait so long for the wings. We also saw tables seated well after we placed our order getting their food first.
I ordered a pizza which was fairly good, but nothing different than any other prefabbed, frozen pizza. The fried advacado bites were pretty tasty. I had hoped that this place would actually offer a real Italian menu rather than the same fare offered by many other restaurants in Spruce Pine and the surrounding area.
As a business owner for over 27 years, I understand customer service and this establishment is severely lacking in that department.
I hope they add to their menu and do some additional training with their staff, I might be willing to give it another try.
UPDATE: Thank you for your prompt reply. I appreciate it greatly and would certainly be happy to give Capone’s another try.

Food and service good. Fairly priced. Not a wide selection of pasta dishes for an Italian restaurant but a good salad bar and a wide selection of sandwiches. They also seemed to have a wide selection for mixed drinks, beer and wine. This is a new restaurant in Spruce Pine so still kinda working out some kinks and they are doing a great job. Hopefully they’ll get more pasta dishes on the menu soon

Ate here with my wife and two children. We sat on the outdoor seating area and had very quick service. They just opened so they have a limited menu right now but the food was great. I had a burger which they let me customize with not problem (no bun and extra toppings), my wife and kids ordered pizza and really loved them. The setting is great all the way around. To just have opened and be extremely crowded I couldn’t be happier with the speedy and friendly service. We will frequent this place.

Sad to see them close down, so came down here to leave a good word. They had great buffalo wing sauces and mixed drinks. The outdoor seating was great and the decor was unique. I hope in the near future they are able to come back. It was my favorite spot for spirits! The waitstaff was also attentive and I hope they know they did a job well done!!!
