I traveled from Atlanta, Georgia, to enjoy a night out in the city; however, my experience was unfortunately ruined by one of the bartenders behind the bar, a Caucasian female whose name I regret not obtaining. Time (10:46pm 10/25/25) entry time – incident happened around 11:45pm estimated
I paid a total of $60 for entry—$20 per person—for myself and my two brothers. Upon entering, we were informed by the host that the bar area was the only available seating at the time. This was not an issue for us. We immediately proceeded to the bar, purchased drinks, and sat at the countertop directly behind it.
We remained seated for approximately 30 minutes, during which we ordered additional drinks and even a hookah from one of the bartenders who had been serving us. Without any prior notice, about 20 minutes later, another bartender—the aforementioned female—approached me and stated, “You can’t sit here unless you buy something.”
At that point, I informed my brothers, and I decided to leave. When establishments behave in a manner that appears overly focused on money, it drives customers away. I strongly recommend that your staff receive additional training on how to approach and communicate with customers respectfully. Actions like these reflect poorly on your business and diminish the overall customer experience. I was completely turned off!

This place SUCKS!!! They automatically include the tip on the tab. Therefore the servers could give a damn about good customer service. The place was dead at 10pm on a Friday night and it still took them about 30 minutes to serve us 4 drinks and another 15 minutes to deliver our hookah. And the music was horrible.

I came from out of town for a day party for memorial weekend and will not be back. The service was horrible, my husband and I waited a hour to get drink from the bar. Upon getting our drinks they were not worth the time or the money. I ordered a lemon drop martini and it was half full and tasted like simply lemonade and vodka. Finally, the icing on the cake was the 20 percent gratitude added on to our check for lack luster service and subpar products.
