Sbarro is located inside Ontario Mills mall, at the far end of the food court. It’s great to have a pizza spot here, especially since my kids get hungry while shopping, and this place is super convenient. The pizza slices are huge, the prices are reasonable, and the staff was friendly. The service was smooth, and overall, we had a good experience here.

Over priced garbage pizza. NY would slap this place on the face for pretending to be “ny style” this place has 0 quality control and it’s equivalent to roller rink pizza. No flavor, chewy old dough.
Do not waste ur money here. And in the mills there’s no other options. So don’t even bother. Sbarro, close up shop.

The pizza here was extremely delicious, way better than I expected. I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza, it wasn’t that expensive, about 18 to 20 dollars, but it’s huge. The cheese was so good, it stretches out when you take a bite. The pizza was really good with the crushed red peppers, it made it taste like something else. Also, the pizza wasn’t that greasy, which was a really good thing.

Sbarro is an Italian fast-food chain that is offering thin-crust pizza by the slice, plus pastas and salads. This branch of Sbarro is inside Ontario Mills food court next to Sports Authority. We ordered “Spinach and Tomato” pizza and “Buffalo Chicken” pizza. The pizza was tasty and the price was also cheap.

Good mall slice. A little too doughy of a slice for me. I like a thinner and crispier slice. Still a good mall pizza. 7.5 on the mall scale.

By the time you get to register your food is cold, well colder then it came out of oven warmer. Cheese pizza 3.4 calzon 3.4. The cashier needs to be faster, of course I didn’t help by going super slow paying him, that was my receipt to him. Not a bad place to get a slice of plain cheese pizza. Drinks are Extra Expensive better of getting a drink from somewhere in this mall and bringing it with you.

The workers are always on a rush can’t even explain the combos lol, ended up charging me around 40 bucks for a drink and 2 slices a pizza not worth it

Food was cold and old, young boy helping me was very rude and they seemed very overwhelmed but that doesn’t mean we have to suffer because of it. He not only was rude but had no idea what he was doing and could not remember who got what. Wouldn’t recommend this location unless you go on a day that isn’t so busy, maybe you will get more attention.

If you think about it, having a slice of Sbarro pizza requires a convergence of extraordinary events. Just think about it. To have that slice, you need to have a relatively large community first, then you need a lot of land, then you need investors, builders, construction workers, building materials, and equipment. And after several years you get a mall, but more importantly you get the mall food court. And that essentially is the only place where you’ll find a Sbarro pizza joint (I also read that they are in some airport foodscourts and some college campus foodcourts as well). OK OK maybe I’m overselling the fact Sbarro is rare, but yes they are when compared to the Dominos and Pizza Huts of the world. In addition to being rare, I was reminded the other day how good their food was. Maybe I am being nostalgic, but for me at least, having Sbarro at the mall is as iconic as having popcorn at the movies or funnel cake at the fair. If you haven’t tried Sbarro in awhile, have a slice.

This location seems to be well operated. I had the lasagna and it was very delicious. I usually don’t like Sbarro but I needed something quick to eat and I chose to eat here and I found the lasagna to be tasty with plenty of flavor.
My wife had a slice of pineapple pizza (pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza lol) and she found it to be tasty and delicious.
