We walked in to order since drive thru was out to the road. Only 2 orders for inside were in process. Watched as 11 orders below my name in the que were started and completed including 2 orders that walked inside to order AFTER us (not included the people that ordered ahead on-line). We asked the little short brunette when our order would get started and voiced our concerns we were getting purposely jumped over. The girl IMMEDIATELY started with the “There are other customers you are not the only ones waiting and they aren’t complaining” then said she would get to it when she gets to it. When my husband said if it isn’t soon could we just get a refund we had already been waiting more then 15 minutes by that time and we actually needed to leave. She got snotty again and repeated herself and even took the next order BELOW us that had just came in. And even skipped over the other customers that made orders before the one the girl started on. Another girl named Amanda heard what was happening and IMMEDIATELY came over from what she was doing and started our order, apologized for the wait and completed both our drinks and started on the next person behind us before the snotty girl (refused to show name tag or give her name) was even half finished with a simple small green tea she was working on. I have NEVER been treated the way that little treated me at any locations including this one. As we were walking out the snotty girl said loud enough for everyone that it must be nice getting immediate attention by throwing a fit. This girl is a horrible person to have in a customer face position especially if she is purposely skipping customers for the ones she seems worthy of service. Amanda on the other hand was beyond polite and helpful and diffused a situation that shouldn’t have even been a situation.

I went here after my lunch & just needed ice water one employee said yes another walked up & said no even tho its free I’d have to buy something.
I frequently work the area & will go here when I do.
I’d understand if I “looked homeless ” but I’m in full uniform with car keys. I will not be returning!
& I started to get a drink but just had ice cream near by & needed to cleanse my mouth before considering anything else sweet.
I’d be that same one if something happened while I was inside they’d be looking for me to help.

I placed a mobile pick-up order and it didn’t take long for it to be ready. This was my first time getting something besides my favorite drink-caramel ribbon crunch. I tried the tomato & mozzarella on focaccia sandwich and I liked it, but it definitely wouldn’t be for everyone. I also tried the birthday cake pop and there wasn’t much special about it. I’ve had cake pops before and it mostly just tasted like a vanilla one. Overall, still tasty!

Apparently, my morning coffee came with a side of attitude I didn’t order. I got an eye-roll before I even finished my first sentence and was rushed through so fast I couldn’t even finish my order. If you’re looking for a peaceful start to your day, this isn’t the spot. I’m still waiting for the rest of my order—and an apology.

I’ve never had issues with other Starbucks location other than this one. I rarely say anything when my order is made wrong or missing an add on that I paid for because I understand human error but after constant mishaps I recommend going to one down the road or the one inside of Target.

Attempted to buy coffee there this morning, and I was the only customer in the building. I was completely ignored as I walked in and up to the counter. After standing there waiting for a few minutes, I walked out. They knew I was there, yet never even acknowledged my presence! Incredible.
Black Rock is right down the street and they are always welcoming. I’ll leave the house earlier to make up the drive.

Got my drink from mobile order the drink was made wrong and my hot coffee was cold. I went back to get it remade and the barista made it Wrong a second time and it was not even a complicated order. I had to wait for her to make it a third time and it did not taste like my usual drink. I ordered the same drink every time. Bad experience.
