This place says it opens at 6pm on Saturday. Got there at 6pm on the dot… decided to WAIT til 6:15 to go inside. Walk to the doors… locked. I’m thinking ok maybe they still getting ready giving them the benefit of the doubt… 6:30 doors still locked. I called the number twice no answer. Drove all the way to the westbank for this place for them to not be open at said time. Shit like this is annoying, if there is any issues in regards to why you not open or why you opening late when your business says else wise what’s the problem with putting a sign on the door…. changing the hours on google, or saying something on Instagram? Y’all have to do better with giving people good experiences the first time. Not trying to make up it up everytime!!!! Get it together so we can support black owned businesses!!!! Thanks

Came out for $1 oysters. They offer Charbroiled and Buffalo the buffalo wasn’t served with bread but it definitely needed it. Charbroiled was pretty good I’d say a 6/10. Lemon Drop was a 9/10!!! Wait staff was ok. I think it’s tacky to be smoking hookah at the bar while you’re working but that’s just my opinion. Music was great. if you want a couple drinks and some food in Harvey this may be your best option. I’m from Chicago.

If it took 23 minutes to get a drink, just imagine how long it would have taken to get a manager. If I had seen someone who slightly resembled a manager, I probably would have gotten their attention. So yes, I stayed because 1 person had already gotten a drink. I also stayed because, as an out of towner, this was recommended. As multiple people waited and complained about wait time, they also expressed how ridiculous it was to have 1 bartender on the weekend. So it’s not just a review from someone traveling from Houston. It’s also locals If a manager was present, they would have noticed the line of frustrated customers. Probably would have noticed the number of people leaving. But thanks for the apology….lol
Instead of criticizing my review, a good manager inquires and then makes improvements where needed. When there are city events… French quarter festival etc etc. Staffing should be increased as an “just in case”
Food was good.. Drinks were good. Music was good.

So let’s start here, we ordered 2 beers and some wings and our check was 57 dollars. Cool, but never in my life have I paid this much for 2 beers and wings. Facts forward we go to pay, our server never showed us an itemized but only our total. So that already felt shady and hostile. I’m pretty sure she added the 18% grat and then told us we can skip the tip selection if we’d like. Black businesses gotta do better. They’re all about a dollar but the only thing that was good there was the ambience and the beer. Wings were ok but not for our check to be 57 dollars.

Nice spot. We reserved a section & had food,drinks,hookah. Music & vybe was cool. Security is doing their job here & removed someone for being extra. I ordered the smoked burger which was very tasty. The place is in nice. Bathrooms are super small & is only 1 person at a time. Girls were friendly & hospitable.

Reserved a table at 9:30pm , got to the place and no one greeted my party or told us where to sit . we had to approach someone with a shirt on to be seated . our table was not sanitized , they just removed the hookah .
we sat and waited for a waitress for 30 minutes . she approached us and took our order and we asked for hookah during that time . it took her 30-45 minutes to bring our drinks ( 2 lemon drops , green tea shot , & pineapple upside down shot) .
the hookah lady served a table that came in 1 hour after us & she never came to our table . once the drinks got there 1 hour later the server said they were out of green tea shots and going to get more Jameson .
it was overall a bad experience . it was a Thursday night & we will never be back .

Steak was tender and juicy, seasoned to perfection. Potatoes were a tad spicy but still pretty good. Drinks were made perfectly. Bartender and hookah girl was very consistent and observant.

The staff was nice, and the prices of everything were expected. We celebrated my cousin bday there, and the staff kept sending her shots. She said she felt so loved and seen.
