Of all the coffee places in Orlando this is the best of the best! In this location, everyone is super friendly, courteous, and everything comes out quickly! That’s off to destiny. She is the best manager ever and she owns a super tight ship here!

Meant to take a pic of the GORGEOUS drink Chris made me, but I drank it too fast Get the Frozen Chai AND Hot Chocolate (yes, as one drink) and if it tastes bad, ask for Chris next time:) Came 5 mins before they closed for the day, and they still took care of me (I’ve been turned away from this location for more time, 10 before closing). I thanked them because I was having an awful day, and Elliana chatted me about it while I waited for my drink Talk about customer service! Minus one star from management because I couldn’t tip them at the window, only on the mobile iPad – please fix that for these kids! They don’t make as much as I’m sure they deserve, I should’ve at least been able to tip them appropriately for all they did. I asked her to ring up a dollar so I could tip and she politely declined. Worth their weight in gold

Great drive-thru coffee with several plant-based milks and a few solid vegan food options (modified salads, oatmeal with plant milk, and a build your own veggie-avocado sandwich – wish they had a vegan spread). Staff is always friendly, the kitchen looks clean, and the outdoor seating is perfect for bringing our dogs. Pup cups are a bonus! A convenient and reliable stop for vegan coffee lovers and dog parents.

I ordered a 1/2 sandwich with a side of soup deal. They put my order in as a whole sandwich and a side of soup, which I didn’t know until I got to work and say at my desk to eat. For the sandwich I got the TUNA MELT with a side of the CHICKEN VELVET soup. This was probably the worst Boston Coffeehouse I’ve ever been too. I ordered at the window and it seems to be all young kids in there, I’m assuming something got burnt pretty bad prior to me getting there as it was very smoky in there and the burnt food smell was pretty bad. The girl that took my order was very sweet, she’s in training but good luck to her because when I asked what other soups they had today, the girl training her looked confused, didn’t know and yelled back to the other workers asking what soup they have, to which everyone looked at each other like I was asking a question totally unheard of. And then one girl in the back finally said “just chicken velvet I think” so I said okay I’ll take the half tuna melt with the chicken velvet. The tuna melt was disgusting!! It was so watery like they forgot to drain it and they piled so much on the sandwich, and since if was so watery it soaked the bread and it was soggy and gross. As for the soup, it was very very bland. My go to Boston Coffeehouse is on Saxon Blvd but I work in DeLand now so I figured I’d try the new one out. Big mistake. Very disappointed in the food and service. I think they need a manager on site and the current employees there need more training.

I was hoping for a sit down place inside or outside. This is strictly a drive thru or walk up. They did not have sleeves and I could not hold my coffee. Seems a little disorganized. Hopefully it will be better after they work all the kinks out.
Update: Tried stopping by Sunday just before 7 and they were not open.
Update: we used the drive thru today. Everything went smoothly. Large plain black coffee $4.05.

Not going to lie, when I came here when they first opened, my order was messed up a few times and I decided not to come back.
I decided to give them another try recently and it’s been amazing!! They’ve really improved a lot. Employees are friendly and service is quick. The food is consistently good along with the frozen coffees.
I’ve been driving out of my way just to come here for a quick good coffee in town!

I wanted to write a review because I am just now realizing how badly this place is rated and I would’ve never guessed because I love it. I order a mocha latte all the time and it’s always delicious. I love their strawberry feta salad and their cheese danish. I would recommend this place based on my experience. And yes, it’s a drive-through place which is actually pretty nice. if they started doing over easy eggs at this location, that would be amazing because I love breakfast sandwiches with over easy eggs

I keep going back to give them another chance because people rave about them and every time they continue to disappoint. I think today was the last chance. Typically they can get my drink right and my food comes out wrong. Today was the culmination of it all. My drink was wrong (not just the sticker was right and they made it wrong. Even the sticker on the cup was wrong.) They also put the butter packets in the container with the hot bagel so by the time I drove 5 minutes home I had a bagel full of melted butter and grease on the seat of my car.
Half these issues would be solved if they were trained to read your order back to you. They also never ask if you have a phone number and when you say “can’t give you the number?” They acted annoyed.
Not to mention half the time you pull in and they just sit there staring at you from the window for 5 minutes.

First time here, and the frozen coffee and flavor is on point. Nice people working. A little pricey, but the food is better than any other fast food restaurant. The eggs and steak actually taste like eggs and steak.

We tried this drive theu beacause we love Boston Coffee house in downtown. Unfortunately it was terrible. Large coffee tasted like hot water and milk, bagel was tasteless and hardly toasted. Shame it has the Boston name because i doubt i will return.
