The guy tried to double charge me… I called him out on it and I said it’s 18.91 for just one Turkey Tom? He replied back saying yes, 18.91, until a coworker of his noticed and told him to cancel it out and to re-order one sandwich. After he canceled it out, he just stood there, staring at me.

It has been 65min since my order. Person on phone is rude and could care less when speaking with you. Won’t answer any questions and argues when you tell them why this is not acceptable treatment. I will never go to this location again. The one in Lake stl is so so much better. Will call General manager to get my $ back. Should have read these reviews before ordering.

Order taker was on the phone, I gave my order, took a set my sandwich was ready very fast. But wrong, I told the counter person,he did offer to remove the tomatoes, I removed them my self, this was poor on the order taker part. After I removed what I did not want the food was good. It is always good, but your people need to pay attention to the customer not on the phone.

Almost an hour for 1 sub! And the driver said “we only have 2 people and we’re getting our asses kicked” on the phone with me. If you can’t get your orders in on time at least let us know when we place the order it was going to take an hour or stop delivering for the night!
