We were in North Bend for the first time visiting family, wanted pizza but not from the usual spots, so somebody recommended Papa Murphys… let me tell you… from the moment we walked in, we got the most warm greeting from the young man working! Before I spent a dollar, I felt like an appreciated customer!!! That alone made us order more than we originally planned!!! But wait… there’s more, once we got to our family’s house, and popped the pies in the oven…I thought we were in Italy and ate every bite INCLUDING THE CRUST!!!!! DELICIOUS!!! Kudos to the young man working with the gold chain on who just got himself some repeat customers when we’re in town!

Usually a good experience. But today I used the “order again” option on my app. Didn’t realize i picked just a cheese pizza. when i got there and apologized for my mistake asking if they could add the 3 toppings, I got a sigh and an eyeroll. Also, the last few times I’ve tried using my 20% off coupon for putting in reviews, I never get the discount. Not sure if they have stopped doing that or what. But that’s disappointing.

Pizzas were ready for pick up when I arrived, the staff were friendly and the pizzas were delicious.

When I called to place my order I was hailed by a man who said, “It’s a wonderful day at Papa Murphy’s” and then he cheerfully took my special order, and made it “with love.” The pizza is delicious, and they made it per my instructions, so it is just right, said Goldilocks! I highly recommend Papa Murphy’s in North Bend!!! They ROCK!!!

This place is amazing! The food they have is so delicious. I like Crab Rangoon and theirs is tops. Their fried items are crisp, not greasy. I love this place, so many delicious choices. I’m now a fan of curry. They do get spicy, so order 0 or 1 star if you don’t like it hot. We LOVE this new place in town and order at least once a week.

Papa Murphys is always great. I got into a philosophical conversation about cooking calzones the last time I was in. They really opened my eyes to some thing lol

Don’t turn away customers who are in your building trying to give you money. If you’re open until a certain time then those are your hours. You shouldn’t be closing early because you don’t feel like keeping store hours. As a regular customer who buys your pizza weekly I’m infuriated by this experience. When I approached the counter to order I was told “we’re only helping this lady and then we’re closed.” I came back in after seeing the hours posted on the door, I was there prior to closing (still) so asked about it… they said yeah we’re not taking orders anymore we have to close. (Hadn’t started her pizza, she was still deciding what she wanted… totally could have started my order as well)
Update: Drove back by after driving all the way to Issaquah to get my Papa Murphy’s and the guy was still there. Guess skipping my order didn’t help you close any faster.

Went in yesterday around 1:30. The guy there seemed super appreciative of my business which is hard to find these days. Great pizzas too. Will be back.
