The 2 bad reviews, from when they just opened, are NOT representative of what this place is now. Great friendly service, very large burrito made to order(got the birria beef) hot tasty queso(get the spicy, its not too spicy)…all at a very fair price. My wife and I truly had nothing to complain about, except we wish we ordered more queso. We eat this type of food very often, so we know the good ones and the so-so ones. This is good.

The new Sapp Bros location impresses with its size, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the burrito spot did not meet my expectations. I ordered during breakfast hours, and the quality was so disappointing that I didn’t want to try their lunch or dinner options

The person making my burrito was excellent and did her best, but the frequent upcharges felt excessive.
The portions were small, with tiny scoops of fillings, no crispy potatoes, and the eggs lacked freshness. Asking for extras resulted in more upcharges, which diminished the value.
I want to clarify that the staff followed the rules, and my frustration is not with the person preparing the food.
Additionally, we drove about 40 minutes to Zion after picking up the burritos, but the cheese didn’t even melt! Such a disappointment given the cost.
Overall, while the facility is great, the breakfast burrito experience did not live up to the same standard.

Surprisingly very good! Not what we expected from a gas station restaurant but portion and flavor were top notch!
The gentleman that serviced us was extremely polite and kind! Even with my large order to feed hungry boys, he didn’t make me feel rushed when others were behind me and was very polite to let the guest behind me know he’d be with them shortly.
The portions were huge! We got the chicken and carnitas, neither meats were dry. The steak looked good too!
We’ll definitely be back!

The burrito is much better than chipotle, very friendly staff, and a reasonable price ($11 for a very large chicken burrito).

I had a terrible experience here. We tried to get some nachos, a chicken quesadilla, and just a plain cheese quesadilla. First of all, when we asked to get a plain quesadilla, the employees working acted like they have never heard of a plain quesadilla. Then when we got our nachos the cheese on top was cold, not even close to warm, not in the slightest bit warm. Theres not even a microwave or oven to warm the nachos up. The queso itself was disgusting.
The employees working were not helpful at all. The young man working was more concerned about the issue, but the old man working was a total disaster to try and talk to. When talking about our nachos and how they were cold, he said that we asked for cold nachos. Who in their right mind would ask for freezing nachos?? Then he whipped out his thermometer and tested the queso, it said around 100° but he had picked it up off of the food warmer so it was already warm.
This was over all just a terrible experience and terrible people to work with. I was just trying to get my kids food to hold them over on our way home.
I would NOT recommend this place!!

Not many places to sit, then again it is a gas station. Still, these burritos are worth the stop. Skip cafe rodeo, skip the costa veeda, skip the Chipotel, this is where to get lunch. Originally the coupon from the MORR games got us to stop in here, and then we saw fuel prices so absolutely yes we are stopping. Dane was making our burrito, and it was a no nonsense, straight to it, bold flavored and BIGGER burrito. No joke, the marinated steak that is made in house was a for sure treat, and the cilantro rice was spot on. As for the pico and onions, I don’t think Ive had any fresher from any other place before. The verde sauce had just enough kick for me, a touch hot for the toddler, but this is a spice that did not get in the way of the rest of the flavors. I kind of wish I could take one home for the wife, but I’m not sure 4hrs in a cooler would do it justice, so we’ll be back for sure even withoit coupons.
