Happened a few years ago but have heard service is still the same and concerns are not taken well with management. I have never eaten here after my last experience. Got food poisoning from a tuna sub. Went and told the manager on duty as a concern. Was very quiet about it to not allow other guests hear and also was just informing them they may want to switch out the tuna or not serve more. Didn’t ask for anything in return, just being a good citizen. The manager proceeded to tell me he made the tuna that morning and there was absolutely no way I would have gotten sick 20 minutes after consuming the sub as food posing takes 48 hours to kickin. He also threw in my face that he’s studying to be a lawyer and my concern was completely false and if I felt they made me sick that I shouldn’t eat there anymore. I was shocked! I’ve had food poisoning a few times in my life and for me it’s always within the hour I get sick after eating. This was the 1st time I had gotten food poisoning from a restaurant though and their response was complete ignorance and uncalled for by the manager.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location before despite other reviews being posted here, and the service is always good. However, I will say that the dead mall vibes definitely overshadows the place, not that the owners can do much about that. It does detract from the store a bit though.

I never write views on places but This one of the worst subways I have ever been to in my life.
I was rushed to figured out what topping I want on my meatball sub then when I sit down to eat it to find out that the bread was doughy even after she put it in the oven yuck I asked for a cup so I could get water and she told me that I couldn’t get a lid for my cup and I couldn’t get a straw I’m like WOW at this point.
And this here took the cake for me there a restaurant full of people and there restroom don’t work and they tell you to go to the end of the mall to use the restroom just sad I had my elderly mother with me that walls with a cane omg she had a accident because the restroom was so far away
THIS PLACE IS JOKE AND THE WORKERS WAS VERY RUDE AND DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON IN THERE STORE AS LONG AS THEY WAS-MAKING MONEY

I stood there for several minutes being the only one in there, when the lady (at about 12:30 on fri sept 29th 2023 ) said it will be a minute. She decided to sprinkle cheese on several large trays instead of waiting on me. She was facing me taking her time. I finally walked away after waiting, and looking at the brown lettuce and old looking chicken. She said in a smart voice HAVE A NICE DAY
I turned around and told her she should have taken care of me first. Very poor. I will never go back!

If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would most definitely do so. This is a prime example of Westland mall! Shut this place down immediately, zero charisma, zero skill set! Managed to mess up a meatball sub HAHA this place is a joke! Complete disgrace. Monday November 13th whole staff needs to be fired ASAP ruining your store!! ANY REVIEW ON HERE THATS NOT A ONE STAR IS FAKE!!

This subway has been great lately BUT TODAY I wasted $45 my granddaughter had a Tuna that was literally all mayo it was absolutely disgusting!!! My son and I both had our subs toasted but some how they were still cold and some how our bread was wet!!!!! Ew Ew Ew nasty!!

They sprinkle the ingredients on your sub and when u ask for more they say “ok but thats extra” lol u sprinkled The ingredients..like come on now,i can’t say for sure but, by the way this subway comes off they have to be using old ingredients to save a dollar.this place feels very stingy.but all in all not a terrible place if u don’t want to drive to the Ford road location but the owner or manager is very cheap. They try and make “extra” money by giving u less and charging u extra for more of what u should’ve gotten more of in the first place.
