Trevor is the best! When he asked me what I did for work and told him I was a nurse, he said he was going to call out “superwoman” when my husband and I’s order was up and he absolutely did! And then afterwards he came over to thank me for what I do! It was such a kind gesture! One that I will never forget! Give this man a raise! You got yourselves a good one!!

The food here is good and cheap, however, the amount of time it would take to get that food may make you think twice about eating. I came here for a simple lunch and it took nearly 30 minutes for me to place an order and get my food. There was too few people working the cafe to accommodate the amount of orders they were getting. This was during 3 PM, a time you would think there would t be much of a rush but somehow it felt worse than waiting for a full pizza from Costco during prime time.

Just shut your cafe down, just don’t have it at this location. It’s that bad. They constantly run out of pizza, on a Friday by 5:00. Like just stop trying this location isn’t even busy. Its better look for Sam’s club to not have a cafe here then to have this place is in shambles. Every time I go there they are out of something. Now there ice machines are broken, their soda fountains don’t work. This time they were out of hot dogs because they had to go get buns out of the freezer. Like can someone manage this place?
What’s the difference between Costco and Sams? Look no further than their cafes. One has friendly employees that want to help, then there sams who wil stop letting you order pizzas hours before they are supposed to close.

They are way understaffed. The staff are trying really hard but can’t keep up because there aren’t enough of them. Sam’s club should hire more people.
