Worst location for the chain i have eaten at. Asked for a Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms. They gave me a plain one with no cheese sauce, onion, and half meat for $14. Asked where the rest of the ingredients were and the non English speaking staff could only say the words “okay” and “enjoy” which i replied i won’t. A subway sandwich has more filling than I was given

They don’t speak English and refuse to slow down and listen. I work in the mall and will often go between the options for food and Charley’s can never get my order right. Today I ordered a small Philly small fry and large lemonade. My instructions are very simple as I explained I only want meat cheese peppers and mayo. They ended up giving me a chicken. Philly with everything on it. I kindly asked them to make me what I ordered and they looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. One of the workers understood the mistake and explained to the other 4 workers to remake my food. They all begin laughing and carry on making food. They all had a lot to say but im not bilingual so I can’t follow what’s being said buy I have a feeling it was about how I needed my food re made to fit the order I placed. Once they handed me my food I thanked them and walked to my break room to enjoy my food I had been waiting for. I was very disappointed to find a destroyed sandwich with still no mayo and cold fries and a small drink instead of a large. I was running out of time for my lunch so I had to bite the bullet and just roll with it. At this point untill they find a couple more workers who understand English and can listen to what’s being ordered I won’t be going back.

The staff should be roofers not behind a counter. Nobody ever speaks English and can’t understand what an app order is so you can’t collect your food without a hassle. On a weekend they barely get customers while every other line is slammed.

I really enjoyed this spot! I normally visited this in Cleveland, Ohio, but I love that it is here at the Kenwood Towne Center. I love their peach lemonade with real peaches in it. Workers were nice and pleasant too.

There is a clear language barrier between the customers and employees. While that isn’t necessarily the issue, being rude to a customer when you got their order incorrect and talking badly about them in a language you think they don’t understand is an issue. And to top it off you threw that sandwich together, half the cheese melted across the paper, and scurried off into the back like a coward. For that, you lost my respect and my business.

102423 – I originally went to Popeyes to get a special that have been advertising for months on T V & was told they didn’t honor that at that location, so, I said SCREW Popeyes & walked over to Charley’s cheesesteak. I have never been here & have been wanting to try it. The sandwich was very good. The fries were fantastic. The employee was very hard to understand due to her foreign accent & I had to keep asking her to repeat. I asked for & received a free refill on my drink. Thank you

I have been trying to leave a report I can’t even get a corporate number or anything about this location I am a woman of color and I was discriminated against not by the cashier I don’t know who the manager was he don’t speak English I asked for a sandwich it was my son’s birthday plain English I wanted a large chicken sub extra everything and no lettuce no I did not get that again for the sandwich the guy that was cooking a sandwich seemed to have an attitude I stood there long enough to see a lot of people ordering I also order fries with it I got 10 fries yes I counted as I was watching other people’s orders that was Caucasian their fries was overfilled they couldn’t even shut the box when I try to fix my order they were talking in Spanish this is United States of America our first language is English they had an attitude with me because they did not do my order right.

The one thing I can really highlight about Charley’s is that quality and taste of the food. The temperature of the food is always warm and I love the taste of the cheese fries. When I have the option to always try to shop there due to always knowing the consistency of great food and moderately low prices.
