Friendly environment, but the service became stale when your the only African American waiting on a sandwich for 20-30 minutes as you see everyone else leaving with their meal… And mines sat on the counter not even a hot chicken bacon ranch sandwich anymore… That’s pretty bias to me.

Just so you guys know, I tried to order a large sandwich on DoorDash. I live right down the street from this location with fees and everything that came out almost $40 for A giant sub from you guys immediately canceled my order and looked up board and brews at their large sandwich with delivery for $23. You guys might wanna take a look at this.

I came in and initially ordered a sandwich which there was a confusion point on and basically it was not ready so I simply ordered another one and stood in line only to go home and find out that the wife paid for the original sandwich.
I went back to the next day and talked to the manager with Stephanie who worked it out and spent a little bit of time actually getting a drill down and figuring out what was going on getting the appropriate paperwork et cetera and then I got it. I got the original order filled .
I’m very happy with the time and attention that they took to help me fix the problem and I appreciate your efforts very much !!!!!
The sandwich tasted great ! I am really happy with the product here and I have really high confidence and when I come in, I’m gonna get a good sandwich. It’s gonna be tasty to eat.
