I had been meaning to check this place out for awhile but had never got around to it. Saw that they would be having a specialty pizza that I had wanted to try on rotation today so I figured why not. So happy I did. By far one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. It was the birria pizza and I highly recommend it. Gotta dip it in the sauce! I will be making the drive a lot more often from here on out. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!!

We ordered the specialty of the weekend, the double garlic Alfredo chicken pizza. The name is close, but you can’t go wrong ordering the weekend special. Three of us shared this scrumptious large pizza. It was the perfect garlic amount (we ordered it a little light on garlic) with fresh tomatoes and herbs topping the perfect combo of sauce, chicken, and cheese on a homemade thin crust. It was ready in a quite‐acceptable 30 minutes. We picked up rather than having it delivered. There are a couple of tables for consumption on premises. The owners are manning the kitchen and the phone. Their customer service is as impressive as the pizza. You won’t go wrong with this pizza place.

Stopped by Cedar River Pizza for the first time on our way from Illinois to South Dakota and boy am I glad we stopped. The owner was super friendly and the pizza was absolutely fantastic. Completely unique taste at a fantastic price. If you are looking for a pizza that is top notch, this is where you need to go.

Loved the pizza here!! Local owner serving up great tasting pizza. We ordered a medium Combo and added sauerkraut & pineapple(sounds weird but it was a recommendation) for takeout. It was delicious, had a really unique flavor and plenty of food for 2 people. I will order from here everytime I come to Charles City to visit.

Cedar River Pizza was great!! The owner and I talked about our shared passion for food. I didn’t get any pizza this time, but I have in the past. Coming from South Jersey, it’s pretty hard to find a good pie in the Midwest. I would recommend their pizza all day long.
