We got “the Cowboy” and “Gabbiano” the cowboy was a warm sandwich and I loved it! It came with fries my husband loved his gabbiano especially the honey on it, was a great touch!

This atmosphere of the drifters area and pickle hub is awesome. I Panini food truck was 10/10 awesome we tried 3 paninis .. so much flavor, texture, and big portions. We ordered the gabbiano, Texas, and delacasa. The Texas was very savory with the brisket being super solid. The other two more Italian forward sandwiches were complex textures with well blended flavors. Light, delicious, will order again! The homemade bread and pesto are to die for. Our server was super friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with helping us choose what to get. The vibe is great, and I Panini is a perfect truck to be here. Cannot say how happy with our food we were, we were only sad when we were full, got the rest to go! Sadly we didn’t take photos, just go taste for yourself!

Dude was more worried about hitting on my wife, but I can’t blame him. Chicken Parmesan sandwich was cold, bland and mushy. Della Casa was full of lettuce and 1 measly slice of meat.
