Paid full price for what felt like a steak suggestion. Bland, barely any meat, and plenty of better places nearby that actually season their food.

I highly recommend this place, the food is amazing. I had the Gorditas and they reminded me when i was living in Mexico. My husband had the pozole, everything was amazing good.

The worst chicken fajita I have ever tried .It was take out ,so I had to dump it in the trash . Completely inedible for $19.99. Meat quality just awful,it wasn’t fresh , probably reheated with a gummy texture

Food flavor is average. Food portions are not big but I understand the times. Taste didn’t wow but for a quick Mexican craving it’s ok. The waitress is attentive, good service. They accept Zelle so if you have no cash on hand you can pay through your phone. Cleanliness at a glimpse looks well kept but when you sit down there is a funky smell. Not sure if floors aren’t being mopped appropriately or maybe the tables aren’t being wiped well. Everything is on the pricey side but again I understand the times. And it’s probably the same at other restaurants.

New small restaurant near Harlem and Diversey. Parking in the rear. The service is great. Warm chips and three salsas were served right away. We ordered the three taco dinner with one extra taco to share. The beans are creamy and delicious, rice was very good but I hate Lima beans and there was one in there. Yuk! The chicken tacos were so big! The chicken was very tender but lacked seasoning to me. But adding the red salsa made it almost perfect. My husband loved everything and claimed Arturo’s as his new favorite. Soda is in cans and the waitress brought out cups with ice. Very large menu!

This place is near where I live, which makes it very convenient! I like coming here — sometimes just for coffee, or after church when I go for a nice walk and stop by for coffee or a meal like rice with beans and eggs. The staff are friendly, though not all are fluent in English. However, the menu has pictures of the food, which makes it easy to order.

The waitresses on 11/14/2025 there are very rude! We had come after a concert as we knew it was one of the places that was open late. When it was 1am they came and told us they close at 2am, and we said “okay we will be out of here before 2am”. However at 1:20am they already started giving us dirty looks. We had gave them a 40% tip, and that is how we get treated?? Absolutely horrible, safe to say we will never be coming back.

Don’t get me wrong… Arturo’s is good when you’re hungry. But, I had the worst experience here EVER. I came with my family and my mother ordered something and the chef made it completely differently than how it’s supposed to be made. On top of that, when she ordered another dish, it came with fuzz and hair sitting right on top of the tacos. This is absolutely disgusting. Everytime I’ve went to Arturo’s with my father, one of the waitresses always gets our order wrong or always does something incorrect. We come in and eat inside and usually they give you TWO waters for TWO people… The girl only gave us one cup of water??? Over this place completely

I saw a lot of reviews talking about price and portions, after coming here a few times I have never had an issue with portion size everything that’s not steak is always fully loaded, the steak tacos have the least amount of meat on them but with are still more than adequate. The prices are the same as any other restaurant and the flavor is good best tacos I’ve had so far
