Chef’s Providence! Holy cow. If Heaven had aromatherapy it would be the same as walking into this amazing bakery. They were making quiche when I arrived and hadn’t had time to hang I could have bought this most amazing scented quiche. Instead, I picked up a breakfast buffet of croissants. Plain, chocolate, almond and a couple of Diplomate croissants. And I threw in a baguette for food measure. Let’s just say that the baguette barely made it home. Everything we tried was heavenly delicious. If I didn’t live out of the area, this would quickly become a favorite hang out. I cannot wait to come back and try the quiche.

The folks in the bakery were very kind, chatty and willing to help you with your decision making. Great customer service and cuisine?? I’m telling everyone!

Located behind the Doll Hospital and across the lot from the Teacher Creature.

Currently OTS is having major roadwork done and each main thoroughfare is only one lane. Getting there can be a challenge. But it is so worth the challenge.

Best pastries I’ve ever had. I had the diplomate croissant and creme brule and when I took a bite I had a flashback like in ratatouille. Also make sure to say good morning chef first before anything you just have to, to get the experience.

Absolutely delicious!

This is the best place I’ve had an Almond Croissant. So crispy and flaky. It’s smells wonderful as soon as you walk in. I stop by once a week if I can.

I was born in France and moved here as a child. We would go back every summer and I always remembered the pastries. The croissant, the pain au chocolat, the éclair…. This tastes like home. My first bite from here transported me back to childhood to my grandmother’s kitchen, eating a croissant with a hot chocolate in front of me…

No but seriously, their pastries are TOP quality. The French make the best (in my opinion) and these taste as if you’re sitting in a little cafe in Paris along the Seine.

LOVE this place <3

A Little Slice of Paris in Every Bite in Old Town Spring
From the very first glance, you know you’re in for something special. The croissant, golden, flaky, and buttery, tastes made by a top Parisian chef who knows exactly how to layer technique with soul. Every bite melts in your mouth, with that perfect crisp on the outside and soft, airy layers inside.

Then there’s the quiche, which is nothing short of comforting elegance. Rich, savory, and perfectly caramelized on top, it strikes a beautiful balance between a creamy filling and a crisp crust, clearly crafted with excellent ingredients and culinary finesse. The chocolate mousse cake is next-level indulgence. Silky smooth mousse, deep cocoa flavor, and a light whipped topping accented with crunchy pearls and caramel bits—it’s decadent without being heavy, a mark of real dessert mastery. The drinks are also delicious.
Totally recommend it

I love this little French cafe in old town spring. The French couple that runs it was very nice. The vanilla latte and chocolate croissant were delicious. The atmosphere was also very cute.

Saw this nice authentic French bakery on tic tok. Finally had time to visit and try a generous assortment of pastries both sweet and savory. Spent $90 worth every penny. The bakery was very esthetically pleasing and smelt very good. The customer service was spot on and attentive and felt personally tailored to my questions.

Would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a real/traditional French bakery.

All the food tastes freshly made and satisfied my cravings. I see myself going there as a regular.

Only complaint is that I didn’t buy more pastries to try.

Definitely a must try spot if in the area, and definitely worth the drive.

Though the bakery is hiding in the back off the main beat, the baked products were exceptional and genuine to the crispiness, texture & the taste. I would be going to the Chef again.
