I was informed by management that I had to vacate the building after 30 minutes after ordering a not-small amount of food. This, to me, is bizarre; I’d understand if I were a ruffian skateboarding on the rails or a transient looking to live in the lobby until closing, and I might even understand if I was standing in front of the soda machine pounding the 2¢ of syrup per drink one after another if such petty change is really important to a megacorporation, but I’m clearly here quiet in an empty lobby in my security officer uniform typing on a laptop and keeping to my own. Is this now Taco Bell’s policy, or just this location? No one was mean to me about it, but with the lobby empty of condiments, utensils, and machines you have to take orders from instead of people, this is just one more disappointment. I’ve been to many places, fast food to Starbucks to diners and more, able to sit in peace once I’ve ordered so long as I’m not hogging a seat from a busy shop. I’ll live, but bad form.

The taco bell needs to be updated and worked on. I couldn’t get my rewards to work at checkout. But luckily a worker at the restaurant was able to help me out.

I go here whenever I need something quick to eat. Taco Bell never fails to deliver on that fast food need. The portion sizes at this location are consistent and average on meat. I ordered the 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt(added pico de gallo, their pico is really good and I would give it a try if I were you) as well as the new cantina chicken bowl. The cantina chicken tastes similar to Costco’s rotisserie chicken or any grocery store’s but with a different flavor. The prices here are more expensive than other Taco Bell location, so keep that in mind- the cantina chicken bowl was about 10.50$ with extra chicken and the chicken flatbread melt was about 3.50$ as of May 2024. Drive-through is quick and hassle-less.

This is my favorite Taco Bell to visit in Sacramento. The ingredients are always fresh and they are fast. The people working there are always quick and friendly. I will not eat at any other Taco Bell in sac and will drive out of my way to eat here specifically.

I went to the drive-thru at 1:19 a.m. on Friday Nov 14th 2025 because Google said they were open until 2:00 am. The sign on the drive thru window also said 2:00 a.m. on Friday. Well they were not open, the menu was turned off and no one was at the window.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, the food is always fresh!!! The fries are made to order rather than other locations that have them made sitting out getting cold, the guys working there are super friendly & nice

I was very impressed with the young man who took our order via drive thru. He was engaging, friendly and I can tell he took pride in his job. A lot young people I’ve come across at fast food don’t seem to care about their job. It was refreshing to come across this particular young man. The food was fresh and hot. Definitely my favorite Taco Bell!

I have been to this Taco Bell a handful of times with no issues or complaints, and my order has always been correct. However, over the last few weeks I have had an issue when attempting to stop through the drive though in the morning between 7:15-7:30 am, as it’s on my way to work. They have one of the new AI drive thru systems, which I’ve used before with no issues, but on three separate occasions I have pulled up to the drive thru and nothing was happening (the AI voice didn’t initiate the order like it usually does). I tried saying “hello” a few times to see if maybe a staff member could hear me, but still, no response. After sitting there at the ordering speaker for a bit, I would then pull up to the window to hopefully try to order from a staff member. Every time I pulled forward, no one was there, even after waiting for a minute or two, so I would just leave. There were cars in the parking lot and lights on inside, indicating that they were open. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the speaker, the AI system, or something else going on, but it has deterred me from going back, as it seems as if I would just be wasting time again.
Hopefully they can resolve this, as I do like their breakfast and their staff has always been friendly. I would love to continue going there and changing my review to 5 stars.
