I had accidentally placed an order for the wrong date. I called the store immediately and apologized to make sure they didn’t start the order. Canceled it through doordash. Then I placed the order directly on pizza hut website for the right time. I got an alert for my card because I am traveling. Purchasing for a meeting for 20 people. I called when I saw the alert to have them rerun after telling my bank it wasn’t fraud. He did ask me to call back because he couldnt do it at that time… but I had meetings. I call as soon as I had a moment which was an hour prior to the meeting. They had canceled my order and he said his regional told him to cancel even though I had communicated through the whole process. Obviously not a fake order. He could have tried to call me since I had made efforts to call them. Told me to order again if I wanted. I will never use this location again after this experience. Marcos pizza saved the day with more food, a rush order and less cost. They will now be my meeting go to!

If you are looking for this location at Legends Pkwy, don’t waste your time – it has been closed for about 3 years now! Pizza Hut does have an express location over on Hwy 31 (S. Memorial Dr) just south off Hwy 82 in the C-Store but have never included that location online! Guess “The Hut” management remains its same, incompetent self!

Didn’t eat because we wanted the buffet and they just offer carry-out. But the staff was super friendly and offered info on other buffet locations. It looked very clean too, and an amazing 99 health rating.
