Placed a order on the app. didn’t receive one of my items. another item was made completely wrong and I was given the wrong drink. they made me go back through the line before I even received the order because they weren’t even working on it…..then ask if I can come back when I called about the problem. I would honestly just appreciate it being done the first time. thanks.

I picked up my order in drive thru. The total of my order was $10.71. I gave the cashier $20.00. She handed me $9.00 back. I asked her for the change and she said “ We no longer give Pennies.” She then handed me a quarter with an attitude. I wonder how many customers she has kept their change because they didn’t ask for it.

Drive thru is managed ok. Picking up Doordash orders are a headache. Specific order for this review; The drink was made and watered down before the food was even started. Waited 7 min. past estimated pick-up time and was only 2 cars in drive-thru 1 person in lobby, and one Doordash order which I was Picking up. Lots of laughing and talking over food and very short attitude with customer if you ask for sauce or fork etc.!

Plenty of parking. Employees were very nice, place was clean – including restrooms, and meal was on par with Taco Bell standards. There are two available self ordering machines and the employees were also accepting of manual orders.

It’s Taco Bell. But this place is the only Taco Bell that has never missed anything in our order. This is our late night stop coming home from the coast. The service and attitude of the staff are too-notch and second to none at this location. Whoever is in charge should be training and managing more stores with the way things work here!

Exceptionally disappointed. The staff were very polite. However, the business as a whole needs to just be closed down if they are not going to sell what they actually advertise. Have a look at my crunch wrap… not even tablespoons worth of meat. Not even 2 tablespoons worth of everything else combined! Tacobell needs a lawsuit in order to get thier act together. My total order was over $40. This is just ONE of the very poorly made items we received from the Minden Louisiana location. I had actually stopped going there for over a year because of this very reason… I foolish to even try again. I advise everyone to just go get a truckstop burrito, you will get a much better deal. SERIOUSLY!
