Went in this location last night to get a few things @ 6:35 p.m. There was only a few people in front of us and only 2 people seated at a table. They weren’t busy at all. The 2 girls taking the order & making the subs, were SUPER NICE! The older lady at the register, not so much. She was blatantly degrading an employee, right out in the open. She didn’t even wait until customers were out of ear shot or go behind closed doors… I didn’t say a word and waited until my time to pay and told her what sandwich I had. She asked did I want chips or drink, to which I replied ” No thanks but do you have any more cookies coming out?” There was only one macadamia nut, one cheesecake and about 10 double chocolate. She very rudely snapped “No. That’s all I’m going to have.” I was like okkkk… I just paid and walked out. Not very…. Managerly at all…. The attitude, the way she was talking to the employee right behind the register & the fact that everyone knows Subway has the best cookies…… So….. How are you not going to make more of a product, when you are almost out at 6:30 p.m. ? You are not closing for a few more hours….. Don’t you think you’d want to pop some more in the oven? Apparently not. I don’t go to this location ever…. This was first time I’ve been there in at least 2 years or more possibly. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with that lady. Bad vibe in there and it just makes me not want to go back to the location.

The Owner in this place is always right and he said he can’t give refunds. Ordered with app. Specified no onions. It shows on the receipt. Onions all over it. Owner laughed and blew me off when I brought it back.

Very poor quality subway. Waited forever for them to bring out my curbside order, didn’t provide the juice box or apple sauce for my son’s kids order, and have clearly not been trained on how to properly fold wraps and just literally rolled it with the ends open. Will not be back, this is not my first bad experience with them.

As others stated they would not take my coupons. I ordered a 6 inch and was charged for a foot long. My entire order was close to $28. For fast food?! Will never go back to that shop again.

Told myself I would never go to subway again but got caught at a weak moment. Was at Walmart and under time pressures so went into Subway in the same shopping center. When they were making my footlong I asked for green pepper and onion and on the entire footlong she literally only put a few slivers on the entire sandwich. Now I can understand rising prices but at least give me what I’m paying for! Why do I have to monitor them to get my moneys worth. I told her to add more ingredients, as I have gotten in the past or I was walking out and THEY can eat that half made sandwich for their lunch. Totally ridiculous. I must not be the only one sick of the local Subways. No one was in there at lunch time so I can’t be the only one sick of them trying to sham their customers. Will start going to Firehouse like everyone else in Rutherford county.

7/16/21 night shift, online order. They only made 1 of 4 subs correctly. I had to drive all the way back to store to have it corrected. I wanted the complete made fresh and in my presence. “I did not trust the incompetent employee that made the order”. The leader/senior employee on duty argued with me stating 2 of the subs were ham and cheese but had to add condiments to 1. After arguing for more than 5 minutes she said fine I will remake them. “You are going to cause me to get in trouble”. Poor policies set by the franchisee and clear lack of concern for customers satisfaction. And to top it off they are putting food that has left their establishment back in their prep area think about that for a minute. You lost my business!! Hope other decide to skip this location as well.

First I wanted to say that the girls working there are rude. I ordered chicken teriyaki on Italian and they gave me white bread and claimed it is the same thing. It is not the same and if you’re going to give people white anyways take Italian off the menu. Secondly, the food was horrible. Couldn’t even eat the 6 inch sub. Thirdly, asked to use the restroom because the out of order sign was up and the 2 girls had to whisper back and forth between them before they said it doesn’t work. This place has gone downhill fast.

OH GOSH I LOVE IT. Many are going just before closing. For whatever reason on nights when it is lightly raining you will see people on the sidewalk at Subway and at the pizza restaurant nearby enjoying a very peaceful moment. Its the atmosphere. peaceful. Clean and easy going. #Vegetables #healthy

The best wraps! They are huge and can feel you up fast. Wrapped perfect and cut in the middle at an angle if you want it cut if not let them know. You can get any sub made into a wrap instead. 12″ worth of meat! Absolutely amazing!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! They made our sandwiches wrong. I called explained what was needed and not. Melissa wrote down our correct order, said come back and well make them fresh…. but… bring the original sandwiches that were wrong. Okay, not a problem. Take them back to the store, where she takes the sandwiches places them where they make all the food and start to remove what wasnt supposed to be on them and add what was missing. We’ve eaten and handled these sandwiches at home. They’re now on the board where fresh untouched, uneaten, food goes. Complete cross contamination! Another customer sees what is going on. Explains they can NOT do this. The short lady that is yell at us is now yell at the other customer stating her manager told her to do this! It’s a good thing we dont hepatitis! Quit being cheap, remake what you screwed up. I’ve sent an email of this issue to the health officials too. Complete disregard for customer service, safety, etc. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
