Honestly, I come to this McDonald’s often cause it’s close to home but tonight close to 4 AM On January 24, I don’t know what guy was running the window, but he was very rude. He had zero customer service. He had me sitting at a window waiting for 10 minutes for my food. Didn’t even say give us a minute hold on nothing I honk my horn. I waited around and now I’m getting mad and frustrated asking for somebody to come and say something and let me know something And he wants to come to the window talking about. It’s 4 AM. We’re making the food fresh be happy we’re serving you for one the food definitely was not even fresh. I had cold still fries and.you’re location is 24 hours. It’s your job. Learn customer service and be lucky. I even gave my money to you. I will no longer come to this location due to his rude attitude. really McDonald’s you’re a big franchise but really pay attention to the people you’re hiring

Really cool to actually have a “Togo” mobile and drive through McDonald’s. Supposedly this is 1 of the 5 Togo McDonald’s in the USA. There is no dine in or sit down. You actually have to order on the phone and you can do curb side pickup or drive through pick up. So far they haven’t messed up my order. Plenty of parking.

Well it finally happened, when this McDonald’s 24-hour drive-thru first opened it was a great experience, food was prepared perfectly, especially the fries and even at 3:00 a.m. when I typically go there, and it was good but last night at 3:00 in the morning I had the worst McChicken sandwich I have ever had at any McDonald’s. It was dried out, cooked like 4 hours prior, the fries were hard, still hot but hard, and lightly salted, I have never had a worse McChicken sandwich ever, and my typical order is McChicken with cheese and a small fry, but wow it was horrible and I’m still halfway trying to digest it 19 hours later. On top of that, there was one person working the register and I think food prep and cook, and another guy looking like he was trying to work but just throwing around a mop and a broom at the same time, it was not the greatest experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s ever.

A lot of times when you go there late at night. It’s some excuse like drinks only, cash only or the like. Went there tonight at 0345 on December 27th. Got that excuse for the umpteenth time and just thought I would let everyone know to avoid the location anytime between midnight and 6am.

Went through drive-thru hot fries, hot chicken pieces, great tasting soda. But the burger that included in the $6 meal was cold and old. Sorry McDonald’s but that was not a good experience I expect the food hot not cold if I wanted it cold I would have ordered it yesterday.
