The ramen was outstanding… rich, savory broth with perfectly cooked noodles and generous toppings. It had that deep, slow-simmered flavor that’s hard to find unless it’s done right. The portions were great, and every bite felt like true comfort food.
What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they even boxed up our ramen to go for us without us having to ask. That level of care and attention really made the experience feel special.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to sit back and enjoy your meal. If you enjoy Asian cuisine or just want a fantastic bowl of ramen, this place is definitely worth visiting. I’ll absolutely be coming back to try more of the menu.
The food has not wowed me. The crab wontons were tasty. The two entrees that I’ve tried were the Hunan Chicken and the Green beans. They were just ok.
The restaurant is clean and comfortable except for the TV blaring the news. Music would be nice in the front dining area.
They have a variety of foods and everyone at our table loved what they had and what was shared.
My husband said, “a lot of places around here may have a run for their money!”
However, the performance of the male server who served me was a stark contrast to the restaurant’s overall standard.
During my meal, he repeatedly stood at a distance, staring at me for extended periods without proactively offering any service. Whether it was refilling my water, inquiring about my dining experience, or simply tidying the table, his actions were extremely passive and perfunctory. I felt almost no sense of service awareness; it felt more like he was “just going through the motions” than genuinely caring about customers.
Furthermore, his appearance was extremely unkempt. His uniform was wrinkled, his overall appearance was sloppy, and he lacked basic professionalism and a sense of professionalism. This was completely inconsistent with the restaurant’s environment and the quality of the food, raising questions about management standards.
Most unacceptable was that he tried to overcharge me by $15 when I paid the bill, and his attitude was extremely unfriendly. When I pointed out the bill issue, he didn’t show the appropriate apology or professional explanation. This behavior seriously undermined customer trust.
What’s commendable is the restaurant’s responsible handling of the situation. On my drive home, a female employee proactively called to apologize, offering to refund the overcharged amount and give me a $15 gift card. Her sincere, gentle, and professional attitude showed me that this restaurant truly values customer experience.
Because of the excellent food quality and the thorough aftercare, I’m still willing to give the restaurant a 5-star rating. If they can improve their staff management and avoid having that male waiter serve me again, I would be very willing to patronize the restaurant again and recommend it to my family.
