Boudin was ok, lot of liver. I’m not really a fan. Chicken cracklin was good but very dry. The pepper jack boudin balls were ok too

As a native to Acadiana and a Boudin lover I can honestly say that I’ve sampled just about everything the area has to offer. Lazy Caveman is my absolute favorite and no other place is even close! Not too spicy and the ratios of meat to rice are spot on. They use lots of green onion which I also enjoy. It’s always consistent too. Their wings are also the best I’ve ever had, I think next time I come I’ll have one of the plate lunches because the food looked amazing.

This place is close to my house and their hot honey wings are sauced, and the sauce is incredible. Forget wingstop if you live close to here. Go here. They also have chicken cracklin, boudin balls, boudin wraps, and fried chicken tenders. Worth it.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. The eggs and grits were decent but imagine my surprise when my sausage was sweet and had some kinda berry in it. Tasted horrible and would have been nice to know there wasnt any regular breakfast sausage. A total waste of money.

Poo-Yie this place will knock you out your socks!!! I’m a CAJUN woman and I love a good meal with plenty of FLAVOR and the Lazy Caveman DELIVERS. This is not healthy and you better be a MEAT EATER if you wanna find something here. Only vegetables is the onions in the boudin!
My kids ask to come here for the boudin. Today I tried their wings…. AND IM HOOKED. I normally don’t try wings from anywhere except Wingstop, but these looked so good… and they were! Honey Garlic was my fave. Do yourself a favor and try the wings once!
