Jan 2026. Wanted to go back so here we are. I ordered the special of the day which was basically a jalapeno popper burger. D-lish! The clam chowder was okay. I’ve had better, but I’d get it again. Homemade fries The shake was good. After all this food, I was completely bloated. We will definitely be going back.
Oct 2025. We arrived here about 30 minutes before they closed. We generally don’t go anywhere writing an hour of someplace closing. Wife’s weird rule. But we did. Smelled good as soon as we got out of car. Place was almost packed. Entire menu looked appetizing. We ordered food to go but ended up eating it at the bar top instead since some space opened up and seemed more appealing than eating in the car. The couple next to us said they’d been there a couple times and loved it. I ordered a mushroom burger and wife ordered a green chili burger. We both enjoyed them. The homemade fries were delicious too.
They have almost half a menu of specialty milkshakes and they must be good because the entire time we were there they were making milkshakes nonstop. Sometimes two at a time.
We will definitely go back

Came in with my kids tonight and was told it was too late to order a juicy Lucy so I ordered a mushroom Swiss with a basket of garlic fries and a kids burger to go with it ($48 with tip). I love the downtown location but this was terrible. I was NOT asked a temperature and my meat was raw. Both burgers were cold and the buns were so smashed they were more like a tortilla than bread. Slimy lettuce and meat juice ruined everything. The fries were way too dark but soft as if raw and cold. Everything went in the trash.

We love the new west end location. Great service and the food!! Burgers are supreme, served hot and the fries are killer. And, good heavens… get a shake to go!

This place has great burgers, homemade fries with dill ranch and the shakes are fire. Always great service. Sit up at the counter or a table. Prices are decent too

I’ll start by saying I wasn’t impressed with the hype around Burger Dive. The onion rings were about 90% batter and 10% onion—honestly more like beer-battered rings than actual onion rings.
I’m not going to say it was the worst burger I’ve ever had, because it wasn’t. But it definitely didn’t live up to the hype I’ve heard about this place.
The buns were nothing special, and the patties felt like something I could’ve made at home with basic Albertsons ground beef.
Trust me, I like burgers—and I’m not saying it was bad—but it just felt… average. Like something I made at home, not something worth the buzz.

Service was pretty slow for a Wednesday night at around 7 pm
We were a table of 7, 5 adults and 2 kids. From the time we ordered until our food arrived was 45 minutes, I have never seen it like this before. It was pretty obvious that the front house manager was stressing just by the look on his face as he kept checking the kitchen.
Besides all of that, the food was on point like always. If you get a chance to go, the food is excellent and I hope the front of the house gets some additional training.

French fries were great. Heavily breaded onion rings with good flavor, I just personally don’t care for that much breading. I got the “date with Jim beam and coke burger” too much going on for my tastebuds. I was scraping off the extra sauce and an employee asked me if something was wrong! I said no, because some people probably like that style of burger. I guess I am just a fuddy dud and really like a simpler burger. Wait staff was awesome. My wife got the blackened sabbath burger and loved it. I will try another burger in the future!

First time in and dragged friends in with me! Service was promising and almost zero wait time at 6:30 Saturday night and made it a fair visit before they closed at 8pm. A bit of a wait for burgers and fries though. We were surprised at the cost of a dinner for 3 at a burger joint for sure! We spent over 75 dollars on burgers and fries and walked out seriously stunned and made decisions then and there. I’m assuming the burgers were purchased as a patty because they seemed very dense and not hand made as I assumed as well. Bummed us all out over that! The chili fries had tons of beans and basically no chilly…thought that was wierd also. Shocker was cist of a pop drink and an upgrade of seasoned fries were outlandish for sure driving that total crazy high for a burger place. Thanks for the dinner experience and understand what the business is all about. Great staff…very friendly! Best of luck

Glad we stopped in. Got a burger to share and upgraded the fries to chilli fries. A little too much beans in the chili especially as a topping but it was delicious. Got talked into a shake after I was told I could order a kids size and glad I did.
I haven’t decided how much I like Huckleberry but glad I tried it in my burger AND shake. Can’t wait to come back and try the hot dogs.

Food is still amazing, customer service from one individual wasn’t stellar but the others were great. Hopefully her day got better.
