DASHERS-DECLINE ALL OFFERS FROM THIS WAWA. After a 10 minute wait my order was made. Then they pushed it to the side and ignored it. All they had to do was bag it. It didn’t happen. I unassigned and left. Fantastic waste of time. I will never go to this Wawa ever again. Not for gas, nothing.

Came in ordered food on kiosk as instructed. No one ever came out to make the food. I waited 10min no one came to the front I had to call the person at the cash register to locate the person who makes the orders. He radio to the other associates regarding my order. I waited another 4 to 5 minutes to see if the associate would come make my order. Unfortunately they did not I had to request a refund because no one made my order. I have never experienced this before at this wawa but this experience was definitely weird. As no one stepped up to make my order but they rather refund me than make my order. This is definitely not the best customer service for this wawa. I believe Shane needs to review the cameras to view how his customers are being treated after 2am.

Can’t complain with this place! Colombian coffee has always been on point and the ice machine has those good small ice pellets! Always in and out in normal Wawa time and easy to park and get in and out of, which is great beacause as we all know Wawa parking lots are war zones to get in and out of if you’re not used to them! Lol!

Food always tastes worse than any other Wawa I have been to and the final straw was today with horrible customer service and a hair in my coffee!! I took it out of my mouth (eww… I know) and put it on the lid for the picture.

We spent all day at the hospital, finally got home placed an order on DoorDash for including a milkshake and a smoothie. The order came with both drinks and other items missing.
I reordered the drinks but changed the milkshake to a smoothie. It took 40 minutes just for the to deliver the first completely melted and no longer cold milkshake they forgot an hour before.

I frequently visit this Wawa every night. I have spent a lot of money here. For the most part the staff members are affable and polite, but one staffer juxtaposes their professional decorum. I learned her name is “Bella” and she is EXTREMELY rude. I buy energy drinks every night, she was making my drink, and in a very nasty tone said..”here take it and basically tossed my drink at me.” This was not an isolated rude incident I had with this woman….this is why I’m adamantly complaining. I’m a 57 year old professional man and she talks to me like I was a orphan dog!!!! I don’t plan on ever visiting this Wawa ever again. I don’t feel I should patronize a store that doesn’t appreciate my business on a daily basis.
