Twice now this holiday season I’ve ordered the turkey breast paid online and when I got in the pre-paid preorder line was told rather rudely to get in the other line. Today it was because they were doing a large corporate order. I get it but there is never a smile or I’m sorry or any niceties. Just rude. If their ham and turkey wasn’t so good I’d never order from there again. Like just smile and be nice.

Updated review: stopped in for lunch at about 12:30 pm and out of most food options.. chicken salad, ham salad.. croissants. 30 minute wait for sandwich when another couple walks in and gets there’s before mine. Ham sandwich was good. Chicken salad had little taste so get the chips instead.
Original review: For a lunch spot it is pretty good. Went with chicken salad which I like the cranberries (I think) in the salad for the little sweet. Croissant was very good and fruit salad was fresh. Prices have gone up due to inflation. Staff was attentive and place is clean. Good quiet place for a bite during lunch.

I’m always happy with my hams, this being the 1st year I bought a side to go along with it. I’ll have to say, the Cornbread Dressing was the worst I’ve ever had, it went in the garbage, for some reason they loaded it with sugar. Never again!!!

i would give a zero star if it was an option. Messed up our order then charged us wrong and gave me a free coupon for a sandwhich then didn’t honor the said coupon. this was once my favorite lunch spot but not so much anymore.

Came here from a friend who said it was real good so we going an try it I got the Ham signature on the specials menu there nothing special about it at all 11 dollars for a sandwich you could of easily made at home I could of got a whole foot long at subway for 11 dollar never will be back again

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a ham from them for Thanksgiving. The line for pickup was horrible! They gave me a ham that was way more expensive than the one I ordered and did not provide a total or receipt at checkout because they were so disorganized. I didn’t realize until we cut into the ham that it was the more expensive bone-in ham. Checked my bank statement, and sure enough they soaked me for $109 instead of the $60 to $80 ham I ordered. I have a feeling they did this to a lot of customers. Shame on you!!

They know how many customers will be picking up holiday hams in advance, yet they are understaffed and I had to wait 1.5 hours in line to pick my order up. They are slow and unorganized, despite having many years of experience doing this. This will be my last visit due to their complete disregard for my time as a customer and overcharging my order.

The two women were rude to me, which is funny because the guy who was in front of me got amazing customer service. So did the woman who came in after me. There was only one difference between them and me, and that’s skin color. It couldn’t have been an attitude issue on my end because I approached the register in a friendly but curious manner since it was my first (and last) time in the store. The sandwich wasn’t any better than one I could make at home. When I saw all the Tik toks about HBH popping up, they were given fancy chips while this store had little fun size bags that are sold for a quarter at Walmart and cans of soda. Bad customer service plus mediocre food equals no return trip for this girl.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to pick up 12 boxed lunches for my friends and family to eat on the day of my wedding while we were getting ready. We went into the store 2 weeks ahead of time and talked to an associate in person, who assured us that this would be no problem and to bring in our food order by the Thursday before the wedding. I walked into the store on Thursday ready with my orders and willing to pay upfront, and the owner of the store was EXTREMELY rude. She said she had no idea what I was talking about and was insistent that it was impossible for them to fulfill our order that we had previously been promised by one of her employees. I find it embarrassing that a restaurant does not believe themselves to be capable of putting together 12 ham and turkey sandwiches paired with a bag of chips and a pre-wrapped cookie. I understand if there was a miscommunication between the employee and the owner, but what made it worse was that the owner never once apologized or made any effort to fix the issue. When I pointed out my frustrations, she just stared back at me. If you are unable to handle a simple mix-up with respect and common manners, then you should not be in a service industry. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone for catering or boxed lunches.

My employer gave me a voucher for a ham. I couldn’t get a ham because a “ham company” was out of them. We are only allowed to get them on certain days on top of that.
