I stopped in to get the Wicked tin and munchkins on Monday. The two ladies working there were the sweetest people ever! They were very helpful and they were nice to talk to while they got my order ready. It was a super simple transaction and I was out of there in a timely manner.
I have shopped at this store a few times and I always have really good service here, the donuts are always fresh and they always have everything I’m looking for! I was worried this item might be sold out which is why I came to this store, and they had plenty of these limited edition tins for the donut holes. The store never seems as busy as the others and I don’t know if I’m just here at the wrong times and they’re really good at keeping everything stocked or if it really is slower than the others but either way this is a great store to stop at for your donuts! And again the employees are super nice, helpful and efficient! I will definitely be stopping here many more times!

All 3 of the Dunkin Donuts in Butler, PA are so inconsistent with making a specialty coffee! For example the Butler Crossing location, one day the best Macchiato ever and the very next day a Macchiato made with just basic old coffee…for over $5 at that! It’s almost like the customers need know certain employees hours just to get what you paid for!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Almost all of their machines were down, which should’ve been the first red flag. We ordered the most basic breakfast sandwiches nothing complicated and somehow they still managed to completely mess it up. The bacon was burnt to absolute charcoal, totally inedible. The egg was frozen. Not “a little cold,” but disgustingly, shockingly cold. I’ve never been served a breakfast sandwich like that in my life. Neither I nor my boyfriend ate it because it was that bad. If you can’t handle making a simple breakfast sandwich, you shouldn’t be open. This was a waste of money and time. We will not be returning, and I’d seriously caution anyone else thinking about stopping here.

left the dunkin’ on main street downtown butler after getting no service to come here. the staff was awesome! a very sweet young lady greeted us before the door even closed behind us!! will only come to this dunkin’ from now on.

Poor service. Their espresso machine has been down for over a week and they have to keep issuing cash only refunds. Why are the drinks available on the app if they can’t make them? When asked for an alternative the employee was very rude and provided no recommendations besides getting a refund. I will not return to this location.

Over half the time the food is barely even warm, let alone hot. They also frequently give the wrong item or replace flavors without asking if you’re okay with substitutions. Very frustrating.

Used drive-thru service – ordered half a dozen donuts, 2 maple frosted. There was a ridiculously miniscule amount of maple frosting. When I called later to complain, they really didn’t seem to take it seriously. After looking at dinner of the other reviews of this location, it seems as though this is normal service from them. I won’t be giving them any further business and urge anyone that does to check their order before leaving the drive-thru window.

One star is generous. Super frustrating repeatedly getting awful excuses for donut holes at this location specifically! Today there was not a drop of glaze on any of them! This has happened a few times in the past, but there had been an attempt to glaze a few of them (and I chalked it up to being there early a.m. at the time) Its just disappointing. I Paid $10 and then my hot chocolate was only 3/4 full with no whip cream. It just doesn’t seem like too much to ask . Done with Dunkin’

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and regular coffee on my way to work. The sandwich was still frozen in the middle, and the coffee tasted like it had soap/shampoo in it. Absolutely horrible!
