Today my wive and I ordered two footlong subs. The subs were good. The man who made them for us was very rude. It was as if he was upset about something, and he was taking it out on his customers. Didn’t see his name, but when we were checking out my wive asked Autumn why he was so rude. She shook her head, and said “I dont know”. Good help must be hard to find. Anyway, not going to return for a while. Don’t want to cause a scene. This man needs to find a job where he doesn’t have to deal with customers.

We like ordering sandwiches at the Subway, and in fact it’s the only type of sandwich that my son will eat. We like the fresh toppings and the service is usually quick. The sandwich artists do a great job and they’re always kind and efficient. We get greeted by the entire crew when we walk in and it gives you a little warm feeling and usually puts a smile on my face. We would definitely recommend this place to get a meal, especially something healthier than the usual fast food options out there.

I’m disappointed and upset with the Subway at the Town Square shopping center. After placing an order and receiving it via Door Dash we did not get the correct bread also the bread had a moldy taste that ruined the whole sandwich. We ordered cookies as well and even those weren’t the right cookies. A call was placed to them and we were told that they didn’t have any other bread in the store but what we received. When told about the smell and taste we were then told that the bread is made fresh everyday and if we had an issue to take pictures and bring it in Monday when the manager will be there. My family will not be going there or ordering from there again.

I always get great service at this Subway. It’s close to where I work, and they offer quick service that gets me in and out when I’m in a hurry. The food has always been fresh and tasty. I recently had them fix a couple of platters for a work luncheon, and they did a great job in a very timely manner.

Order sandwiches for pickup get home and we get the wrong bread, and we order jalapeños on both sandwiches and we didn’t get any of that. On my sandwich I never got mayo or oil or vinegar as well and normally that’s the best part for me.

That was the most rainbow colored lettuce I have ever seen! And to approve it for use and placed with the other veggies! Shame on you Peter Regional Manager for excepting that type of product as okay and then to think that it is okay for human consumption shame on you! Who is your boss?

So I’m afraid I don’t have any idea what the guy’s name is(he had rubbed his name off his nametag and wouldn’t tell me when I asked, but there’s a particular employee who often works here in the afternoon shift who basically treats people who come in like they’re a huge annoyance. He continually rolled his eyes when I was trying to be polite, and completely messed up what I had clearly asked for. I will try to let the management know, because I believe this guy is the main reason this subway is completely empty most of the time.
