The guy barista that works here (I don’t know his name) but every time I have come in, he has been very friendly even when I was the one who ordered the wrong thing by accident. He is always in high spirits and has a fantastic work ethic and gives a great experience to the customers.

Starbucks in general isn’t the most high quality coffee; however, if looking at this with respect to other Starbucks and the Starbucks brand, this is a good store. The staff was really great and even helped me make a flavor I hadn’t had before that was a fun thing to try. The shop has some tables and a bar area, so good seating, and the hours were great – longer hours than the BX or Commissary it’s attached to. If you’re looking for a Starbucks coffee, I’d recommend this shop!

I placed an order at 7:30, with estimated time of pickup 7:45. I waited until 8:00 when I asked if my drink would be ready soon. I was told there were at least 5 drinks in front of me still. There is one barista working to make drinks, with one at the cashier and one doing food items. So I guess I should have ordered with the expectation of it taking an hour? The system needs updating to accurately reflect wait times.

The staff is always polite, and willing to help with questions I have. The manager has gone out of her way twice now to help me when I asked about purchasing the flavored syrups. And ofcourse they make the coffee well at this location.

Really good service and haven’t had anything bad to say but today I did find a hair in my drink…just please make sure to check your clothes for loose hairs…..otherwise I love the strawberry lemonade

So this Starbucks usually has grumpy grumps working. Lately they started charging you if you ask for milk in regular coffee which they have not been putting out the carafes of milk and half & half to self serve. They are also charging extra for syrup in drinks that should have flavors already built in. For example I ordered a white mocha iced and was charge for the white chocolate syrup on top of the price on the menu.

Like with most chains sometimes it’s a good experience and sometimes it’s bad. Overall this location does good. It’s layout is tiny but most people just get there coffee and go here so it’s rarely super crowded.

I like the food and coffee, but I don’t appreciate the fact that I put in a mobile order only to wait forever to find out you ran out of the item. Please track things better so people aren’t wasting time and money.
