Fine Wok in Harbor City is a total neighborhood gem. The black pepper beef with fried rice was super flavorful, the salt and pepper pork had the perfect crunch, and the egg drop soup hit the spot. The husband-and-wife team running the place are so friendly and make you feel right at home. Portions are big, prices are fair, and everything tastes fresh. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Just wasn’t very good. No care into the dishes at all. The walnut shrimp sauce was just a blob on top instead of nicely coated pieces. The rice noodles were stale and inedible.

Ordered the chef’s pork ribs. Served on a small plastic tray on top of soggy french fries for $21.85 (includes tax but not tip). I hope that this is the worst dish on the menu. Tasteless and disappointing and a portion size that you might expect to receive on a lunch special.
