At 3:00pm the lady in there is rude and most definitely must hate her job I let it go at first when she was having a attitude while making our food then we get ready to leave and I ask for some napkins she smacks her teeth and snatches the napkins out the thing, these workers need to have more respect for the customers especially because I was respectful from the beginning, get a different job if you don’t like it, but don’t take it out on the people coming in to spend money! So disappointed ☹️ never had this problem at this subway before! Hope she sees this or something gets done about it!

Trial Error
I asked for an extra pass of the Chipotle sauce on my sandwich and they told me it’ll be an extra 95¢. I asked when did Subway start charging for extra sauce?? The manager sitting down said each Subway operates differently. Don’t ever go to this location, you’ll be nickel and dimed for everything.

Workers VERY RUDE, Honestly act as if they DON’T WANT TO BE THERE! Every question is FILLED WITH RUDENESS!! It’s not WHAT YOU SAY BUT HOW YOU SAY IT and for some reason they feel as if THEY ARE DOING THE CUSTOMER A FAVOR BY BEING THERE, When in reality there’s a Subway right up the street with MUCH NICER WORKERS and if everyone STOPS COMING THERE THEY WON’T HAVE A JOB!! They need better training ASAP Because I refuse to EVER step foot in there again as long as the two that are there are working! Very DISRESPECTFUL

I asked for no ham due to an allergy. I didn’t request a substitute, just for it to be left off. I was told I had to accept the ham to get the sub deal or pay extra. When I explained my allergy, they said there was nothing they could do. Ordered a Subway club. I said I wanted it toasted. When I got to the table and took a bite the sandwich was cold. Bread cold, cheese hadn’t melted at all. Meat was cold. Took it back to counter asked manager if they could toast it a little more because it was cold. She said loudly oh no we cant do that you already opened it up. I said maybe you should have done it right the first time. She said we’ll being loud wasent going to make it better. She was the one being loud. I have been in there and the manager and a worker had 2 small children in there sitting at a table. They were watching something on a tablet. Who takes small children to work with them? At one point one of them was yelling. My last time going there. They need to close this Subway. It hasent been up to par in several years and it seems to get worse. The one in Walmart is 100% above and beyond the one in the shopping center.

Everything was going great, standard Subway experience, until checkout time where I just watched in HORROR as a LIVE GERMAN COCKROACH crawled over the counter as the employee handed me my change.

The manager there who says she owns the place is terrible. This has got to be The worst place to go. She needs to be dismissed IMMEDIATELY! Rude unprofessional no work force experience what so ever a total disgrace! No reason too loose a whole restaurant due to one rotten apple. One star for pitty of the unhappy employees that has to work with her which constantly changes. With a 3 rating something should be done!

Customer service was beyond lousy. Both sandwiches were made wrong, possibly due to the man talking to his mother on the store phone. The rudeness wasn’t passed on when they sandwiches were not cut through. When ask to cut the sandwiches the man said “pull it apart now take this, throwing the sandwich at me, and get out of here”. The woman added “don’t worry about him I’ve got your back”.
