Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. I got the smoothie and I looked on the website to see if there were any allergies in the smoothies it said no so i didnt assume i had to ask for a dairy free smoothie. My smoothie is not dairy free. I understand that it is partially on me but the website is misleading. Other then that happy with the experience.

If you are in any plan to do anything more on a weekend than sit in line for 30 minutes to buy an overpriced drink. Go elsewhere.
Staff are slow.
They frequently get orders wrong.
It takes forever to pickup an online order.
Did I mention they are slow !!!
It would t be so bad if they had a customer door so you could walk in and collect your order but there’s a good chance they’ve not made it yet.

I will never complain about this shop. The staff are always super nice! They always ask if i want the whip cream on top, because of my almond milk choice in my coffee. They always have a smile, and they make good recommendations if you don’t know what is good! I get my drinks within 5min of ordering almost every time if there is a line. My favorite coffee shop!
PS: they also have a rewards app that gives you a free coffee on your birthday no matter the price, and discounts out the wazoo!

I love Scooters coffee. Fun flavors, but you can still taste the coffee, and it’s never too sweet. Nappanee has really sweet, friendly staff too! ❤️

My wife has come here for 5 years and everything was fine until she told them what they didn’t want to hear and she found a bead in her drink from a bracelet.. and now my wife is the monster and the manager had a recent death in the family so she wants to take it out on my wife so she told her not to come back after today and said drink was on them but still took the points my wife had saved for the blender which was over 400 points. The manager named DEE is rude snobby and she’s selective on your service. She lets the girls stand around and chit chat and some girls don’t even know the menu either! Teach them. And not to mention yesterday when I came in to get my husband and I a drink it was over flowing and it spilled everywhere and they did not even offer me napkins or anything. I’ll drive the extra mile back to the Elkhart store. Besides I have to drive around horse poop in the nappanee location.

I’m a regular. Come in about 5 days a week during the morning/afternoon and order the same thing every single time! The morning shift is absolutely the best — AMAZING! I love their managers, and their cashiers they have. My drinks always taste the same. Love these girls and the service they give! 🙂

Coffee is always great. The people are always nice and I usually get my coffee in 30s or less (as a drive through should be). Atmosphere is only four stars because sitting at a drive through window with an emotional song playing just doesn’t go well.
