Great take out experience at the Sebastian Pizza Hut. We ordered online and picked up in store. The Pizza Hut website and app are very easy to use. Food was hot and ready on time. Staff were super nice, prices were good, food tasted great – we look forward to returning soon !!

I’ve been in twice in 2 months. I have no complaints on the food or the very nice happy lady that gives me my food. But I commented on how hot it is in there the fist time and the girl said the AC was broken. Today when I came in I was so disappointed that it is STILL broken and oppressively hot in there. I feel so bad for the workers. That is not right and no one should have to work under those conditions. Especially for 2 months. Take care of your workers!!!!!! This is Florida!! It’s like 100° when you walk in! No excuses. Get it together corporate.

Let me be real, this review could very easily have been 1 star if it wasn’t for my call with the manager Chloe today. I ordered the big box online last night as a square cut pizza. When it showed up it was thinner than the cardboard it was delivered in, and harder than if it had been sitting out for a month.
While I could continue, and write a review that may shock the world, I will say that even though the staff was not answering their phone last night, I spoke to Chloe today, and she is by far the best kind of manager a store could have. Kind, de-escalating, sweet, informative, and went above and beyond to make it where I not only was happy to give Pizza Hut a second chance, I will actually order from them again moving forward.
Thank you Chloe for showing me humanity and kindness, and compassion. I know it’s just Pizza, but your character and leadership is what changed this from a negative experience, into one that made me smile today.

Food was horrible. Pizza was cold pasta was hard and flavor was bland. The cheese bread was hard and cheese was overcooked on bread and pasta. Will not return. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back bc I wasted $46.04 of my hard earn money on food which was poorly prepared. What a disappointment.

I don’t ever remember leaving a post before but… Either someone’s eating the fries or Pizza Hut skimping immensely on serving these. Other locations provide more that makes worth the purchase. Also when ordering cheese stuffed crust my pizzas are over baked and therefore harder texture. I’ve been enjoying little Ceaser more.

I’ve ordered from this establishment 2x and received the wrong order. Trying to see how the new melts taste. And everytime I order the Meat lovers Melt they give me a Pepperoni melt. To pay the money, a person has to pay for food and still not get what you pay for is a travesty. And we used the app, plus picked up our own food. I won’t be going here. Ken is supposed to refund me for the melt this time.

Ordered from here once again and they completely messes my order up . Ill never order from pizza hut again its the worst. If i were you id order some place different.
Ordered online had to wait for 2 hours to get my order was not offered a sorry about that nor any of my money back , nothing for my inconvenience, my children had to stay up til after 10pm because someone can’t do there job. I hope the people they delivered my order to enjoyed it. Very disappointing
