Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sheet pizza for me and my family. The pizza was so chewy you had to bite into it and tear it apart like it was a piece of raw meat. Couldn’t even taste the ranch and the garlic butter sauce was GROSS. I called in to see what they could do about it. I proceed to be called a liar and that they could only give me a 10 dollar credit towards my next purchase because they didnt believe my “story” (very cocky kid on the phone by the way). Long story short don’t go here Until they get that store under control.

Rude ppl!!! Smart mouth woman! No apologies for screwed up order. It happened twice this week they have screwed up our order! I repeated my order 2 times over the phone to make sure they got it,and they confirmed. When arrived it was not what we ordered. We were nice about it and they were very unprofessional about their mistake. I will not be ordering from here again. They need to get their workers in check and trained to be more professional when speaking to someone! Like I said ,smart mouthed and rude!

Was told 30 minutes for a pick up order, ended up taking an hour and a half. As I’m waiting at the counter I noticed that the ONLY person wearing gloves is the girl at the register taking calls. No gloves or hairnets on either of the people handling the food. On top of that, they were very rude and dismissive. I asked how long it would be and they said 10 minutes. I went and sat in my car for 15 minutes only to go back in and have them say it’ll be 10 minutes again.

My family orders from this Padrone’s multiple times a week. Up until today we have never had an issue. We picked up our food and there was hair in our pizza and it was not cut into squares like normal.
Upon calling to speak with a manager the girl whom answered whose name was Alexis I do believe said she was the manager. She was extremely rude when I told her that there was hair in our pizza ( she did not have a hair net nor a hat on and was flinging her hair around into the dough as she was making the pizzas) when I mentioned that there was hair in the pizza she got hostile and then acted like our pizza being cut the wrong way was the main problem, that was not the main problem, the fact that there was hair in my pizza was the problem.
She told us to return the pizza with hair in it and they would make another one, cool no problem but when arriving we asked to speak with the owner and that apparently upset her more because she was rude once again. Then threw our pizza up on the counter.
This is unacceptable

went here about a month ago and got my pizza from an employee named Alexis who was very kind and friendly. she also had the most beautiful hair I’d ever seen. as I was leaving the shop with my pizza, she realized I’d forgotten my cheesy bread and she ran out the store so quickly to give it to me. It was raining, and I was trying to cross the street quickly and almost stepped out in front of a bus when the wonderful employee Alexis pulled me out of the way! My pizza went flying up in the air but she caught it!! She saved my life, I cannot thank her enough! Not only that, she saved my pizza and.cheesy bread as well and it was delicious and fresh and had zero hairs in it. I’m also pregnant and going to name my first born child after her now. Exceptional customer service, Alexis!!

I was told a few years ago not to eat there, it was very bad. I recently heard they were under new ownership, so I gave it a shot. The pizza and breadsticks are great. The employees seem very stressed, but are mostly friendly. Second time ordering, I picked up instead having it delivered. Inside leaves a lot to be desired; I don’t mean the decor or the fact that it looks like they haven’t updated since the mid 90’s, but the whole place just looks and feels a little…gross. But I realize new owners can’t fix/change everything all at once. And the six cheese pizza is delicious!

This was my first time ordering takeout from this restaurant and my family will not be doing so again, the full size grilled chicken salad I ordered didn’t even fill a take out container and all the lettuce was brown, the pizzas looked terrible and the $5 small subs come with literally nothing but meat. Who has ever got a real Italian sub that has no veggies whatsoever. Lesson learned.

I understand that it’s not the fault of the staff themselves, but the wait times are ridiculous for food here. By the time a driver was free to bring our food, it was cold. I’m sure pickup is better, but I can’t rate an experience I didn’t have.
