My wife called in tonight ordered a large pizza and cheeseybread, although with it being busy we got our order in a timely manner. She spoke to a young lady named Lindsay, she was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Customer service by her was excellent. We will be back again!!

And got completely something different pick up at the store was forced to pay it by the rude Lindsay young lady there was so rude and told me i had to pay for that wrong order and if i wanted to change it i had to pay again. Seems like this place is ran by immature people. Zero customer service. I clearly told her what i wanted act like i was the one that order wrong. She hates this place so much why shes there?

Since Marcos went solely to DoorDash delivery, the delivery time has been extended greatly. So the once hot pizza is now less so. Marcos is still also charging the delivery fee though they are not the ones doing the deliveries. For the price of Marcos I would expect better.

We picked up our first takeaway order tonight and it was quite the disappointment after reading other reviews: tough, overworked pizza dough with little flavor, extremely greasy cheese and toppings; an overbaked and nearly inedible pizza bowl; a calzone with more grease than five whataburger whatameals; and a tough, nearly burned and flavorless dessert item (the allegedly Ghirardelli iced one). Hard pass on going again.

This was the first time ordering from Marco’s and it was by far the best pizza and calzones I’ve had in a long time. We normally would get pizza on Friday’s but haven’t in a while cause the other place was very greasy and just not good. So happy to finally go here. I’ve seen it for a long time but never made the changeover until now. Marco’s will be our go to pizza on Friday night from now on. Gotta try it…

There was a glitch in the app and it made me order from their store instead of 207 , and they refused to give a refund.. asked them please at least give the pizza to a customer who wants it so it didn’t go to waste and she just said we can’t re sell it. I said GIVE it to them. Very rude and wrong. They know there was a new update to app and caused this error. I always order from the closest store. They should have done the right thing. Their store doesn’t even show as a location choice for me on the app. Clearly a glitch they should have honored.

After watching this location be built for the past few months today 10/18 they opened at 11am. The pizza was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico which was cooked to perfection. Crisp crunchy crust, melt cheese and crisped pepperoni covered the pie.
