The young woman who works in the evening needs a serious attitude adjustment. She is often talking hands-free on the phone while serving customers, and often does not hear what they’re saying. Does not answer direct questions, glaring back in response. She scowls at her coworkers. She never smiles at or greets customers. All in all, it creates a very uncomfortable, unpleasant experience.

⭐ | I Left My Destiny in the Hands of a “Sandwich Artist” and Lost
“I walked in and said the five words that will haunt me until my dying breath: ‘Dealer’s choice. Surprise me, friend.’ I thought I was being cool. I thought I was being a ‘chill customer.’ I was actually just signing a waiver for my taste buds.
The Creation:
• The Bread: He chose the Honey Oat, which hasn’t been seen in the wild since 2014. I’m pretty sure he pulled it from a secret vault behind the toaster.
• The Protein: He didn’t just pick one. He layered tuna and teriyaki chicken like he was building a savory layer cake of nightmares. The smell? It can only be described as ‘harbor front at low tide.’
• The Toppings: He looked me dead in the eye and put double pickles, sweet onion sauce, and… marinara. Why? Because he ‘felt the vibe.’ My vibe was not ‘spicy fish-chicken sundae,’ but I was too deep in the bit to stop him.
The Experience:
The sandwich was so heavy it had its own gravitational pull. When he wrapped it, the paper turned translucent immediately. He handed it over with a smirk that said, ‘You asked for this, Krellyk.’ (He definitely heard about the Starbucks incident).
The Consumption:
I took one bite and my soul tried to leave my body through my ears. It’s like a tuna melt went on a bad vacation to Hawaii and stopped at an Italian deli on the way back. I’m currently sitting in my car, staring at the remaining 11 inches of this disaster, wondering if this is a prank show or if I’ve just been cursed.
The Verdict:
I asked for a surprise. I got a traumatic core memory.
1/10. The ‘Artist’ is a surrealist, and I am his unwilling canvas.”

I went with my friends during a debate tournament. The lady, Terri I believe, accidentally toasted my sandwich when I requested she doesn’t. If this was all, I wouldn’t blame her it was busy. But afterwards she was incredibly rude. When the sandwiches got mixed up in the line, I told a different lady which sandwhich was mine and Terri said “stay out of this” incredibly rudely. And when my friend joked with me that his sandwhich was in the oven Terri again said “you keep your comments to yourself” ?? Incredibly rude and unprofessional. The cashier supervisor was very nice though, and gave my friend a free cookie.

I recently visited Subway and was disappointed with the portion of meat in my sandwich. Despite paying $20 for a sub meal, the amount of meat barely filled the sandwich. The value for money was certainly lacking in this instance.

Another edit 4 months later… they’re still terrible. This is the type of thing that makes you think, why I’m I wasting 20$ on a sub? I waited for my sub to be made for 24 minutes.

Update in February 2025. I ordered double chicken and she only put in 3 pieces in there.
all I can do is laugh.

I would zero stars for service if I could. The lady who works here during the evening hours has a horrible attitude with all customers. I work at this hospital and had so many encounters with her so far. Others workers are way professional than her but they all work mornings, and if you requested for some change in your order, they are very helpful compared to this lady who does the closing shift. On top of that, she also messes up with orders all the time. Happened to me, and my co workers so many times. When you request for minor changes to your order, or request for a different thing, she would get upset and not very accommodating. To the extent, we would all know if we have anything missing on our orders, as it is the same lady who does the evening shift.

everytime i go here the mexican lady always has a really bad attitude. it makes me not want to return to this subway. whenever she makes my sandwich i barely get any meat on it. they need different workers at this subway because the workers here have a really bad attitudes and it makes the restaurant very uncomfortable & displeasing.
they always look so miserable every time i show up, like seriously they should be fired or something because they make me want to just go to a different subway.

I get bad bloating and heartburn after eating here. I suspect the food is being handled improperly. The young Hispanic woman who work evening is a very poor employee. You can tell she does not like the job and she makes no effort, I feel like I’m burdening her every time I order.

Never answer their phone made me stand outside for 15 mins in the cold. Security tells you they can’t open the door only they can. Security finally let me in to see 2 guys ignore the phone for 10 mins straight.
