Sbarro, founded in Brooklyn, offers the Original XL New York-style pizza. Our dough is made fresh by hand every day, and we shred 100% whole-milk mozzarella cheese at our locations. We also use San Marzano-style tomato sauce. Each slice is baked to perfection, providing that authentic, foldable New York bite you won’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re craving pizza, stromboli, or pasta, Sbarro uses real ingredients and delivers genuine New York flavor for any occasion.

Same ol’ greasy pizza. The assistant manager served me and gave me a fountain drink with no ice. I went back for ice and she said, “oh, we don’t have any”. Who wants to drink a $4 cup of hot Dr. Pepper?

Service is really slow. Cashier takes a long time figuring out whats’s in your order, she’s in charge of getting your drinks (asks you 3x which drink you want) and then rings up your payments. Then it takes a while to count your change. I asked where my bread was that’s part of my pasta order — then she tells me it’s not available. I asked if I get a discount or a slice of pizza… she says no. Without apologies. Customer service sucks. This store should not operate.

I haven’t eaten here in probably a decade so I thought it was time to give them another go around. Let me start by saying my Supreme Pizza Slice wasn’t bad, however, neither was it really good. It’s what you expect from a food court but I like being pleasantly surprised. If your looking for good pizza near this area I would suggest Costco’s pizza, they are half the price, bigger portions and of course higher quality. However, if you are in the mall already and are just looking for a quick bite then Sbarro should satisfy your pizza craving.

I was greeted by some dude saying “good morning” even though it was 6 pm. Lol. Service is kinda funny but pretty upbeat, nice, and attentive; I personally like to be received by something different, something that feels genuine.
The pepperoni and the cheese pizza are both fantastic. Very simple but they have so much flavor and a nice crisp to them. Maybe that’s why everyone else gets them.

I experienced many of the same problems that others seem to have. Was not greeted when approaching the counter or the register. I offered a “Hey ! How are you?” and was met with a blank stare. But I brushed it off, whatever. Ordered my food with an older gentleman, and was cashed out by another older gentleman, who also didn’t greet me. Took my card, and slid my items across the counter, with no bag. Mind you, it’s pouring rain outside and I had to juggle 3 items, as well as my personal belongings, all the way back to my car in the rain. My pizza box was soaked by the time I got to my car. A little professionalism goes along way y’all.

I enjoyed the pizza as I have been eating this pizza since I was a child. However, I did have a weird experience the other day while visiting I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and mushroom. The manager went under the counter where he had pre-cooked pizzas partially made and put extra cheese on top with mushrooms and attempted to put it in the oven. I stopped him and I said I’m sorry, but I want my pizza made fresh, he then stated oh it’s gonna be fresh. This wasn’t fully cooked. I stated to him no I want everything made from scratch. To his credit, he did make me a pizza from scratch. I just found it odd that I had to request That.

I have been here multiple times and Sbarro has been consistently good every visit. The cheese pizza was surprisingly not greasy. It had a nice crisp and the cheese had that great umami flavor that I expect in every pizza joint. The pan pizza with sausage and pepperoni had a slightly bitter taste in the dough and could use more tomato sauce to help balance that one, but it still had a nice chew and wasn’t soggy. The service was fast, and this might be my favorite place to eat in the mall. Heck, if I lived nearby, I would order a whole pizza to go. Is it expensive, yeah, but I think the speed and the quality of the food makes it worth it.

I came to the mall with my family. We stopped at Sbarro because my boys wanted pizza. The quality of our food was great. But there were 6 people standing in line and it took us 30 minutes for all of us to order and get through the process. The staff moved with no sense of urgency and took a long time. Also seemed like they didn’t want to help each other out as a team. The gentlemen at the cash register was running back and forth to grab ice, make drinks and do everything else, but again and with no sense of urgency. No one behind the counter greeted anyone with any sort of spirit or pleasure to help. It was, “what do you want” I politely asked for my food. What I should have said is for all of you to get a grip and take some pride in your jobs. Management should teach them about what urgency and a warm greeting does to a business to increase it’s sales. Funny enough they are next to Chick-fil-A – maybe they should watch and learn since they seem to have the time. At least the quality of the food was good!
