Had breakfast at Morning Farmhouse & Slice Breakfast and Grill. We were seated immediately, and the service was prompt and helpful. The restaurant was very clean, and the coffee (I just had it black) was solid.
When the food came out, it was clear it wasn’t just standard GFS fare. I ordered the country fried steak, and I have to say it was probably one of the best in town. The menu is large, and based on this visit, I’ll definitely be going back to try more.

Honestly the best breakfast place we’ve gotten in Kokomo. Everybody in there is extremely kind and the food was amazing. The portions are a great bang for your buck!!

I don’t know if the food is good or not. Left me on hold for 15 minutes and then left the phone off the hook so I couldn’t get through. I would have ordered online but they dont offer that service. I do know the gentleman is 21 now and just finished school, wish I could of ordered food instead of having to listen to this convo. This kind of thing happens everytime I try to support a local food establishment (except Hawg Heaven). Not enough staff, long waits, unexpected closings, hours not consistent with what is posted.

Food was okay, but didn’t feel like we got much for the price that was paid. The turkey Sausage links were a strange texture that seemed undercooked. Eggs and waffle were good. We waited 25-30 minutes before they even took our order. Didn’t get food until we had been sitting there for over an hour. Decorations and atmosphere were very cute though. Definitely some kinks that need to be worked out. Seemed like they could have used more staff or something because it was a very long wait.
