Very disappointed we got a delivery they put our personals in one big box so the pizzas were all over the box each order came with wings we got boneless buffalo and boneless BBQ they put them in one box and the flavors were all mixed.

I don’t know why they have lower stars overall. I’ve ordered from them for pickup several times and have had no issues. They are always so kind, will apply whatever discounts they can and very timely. Our pizza has always has the right amount of cheese and sauce too. Great work Pizza Hut, keep it up!

Of course on 2 dollar personal pizza day they are “sold out” but yet the employees all each have their own personal pizza eating it in the lobby. If u don’t believe me check the camera footage at 8:23 pm. I doubt anything will be done just thought I’d let everyone know why they are “sold out”

Positive feedback to the manager and stafff today between 5 and 7PM today! We ordered delivery and according to tracking the ED was 6:14!! Around 6:05 my husband received a text that pizza order had been handed to him; which was not true!! Hubby immediately responded on text that he had not received the order, so he waited about 15 minutes…no response!!
To shorten the positive feedback for this store… once we spoke to someone we were told that “grub hub” has delivered the pizza a left outside; without ringing our working doorbell… oh forgot to mention the delivery guy did not speak English or limited English!! Hubby expressed how unhappy we were with the service and would write a complaint… Pizza Hut did apologize and stated it was not a Pizza Hut driver but grub hub!!! About 30 to 40 minutes later to our complete surprise “Pizza hut” one of the employees….rung our doorbell to deliver us a “free” order!!
We were in complete shock and thankful!!!
