Bro. How high do you have to be to forget the beef on a beef and cheddar?to mistake crinkle cut for curly, and then just completely overlook the bacon I ordered extra, twice. Plus check the slicer, when I did get my sandwich (30 minutes to finally get my order close enough to where I said the hell with it) it was extremely thick sliced. Although it looks like one of the nicer Arby’s, this one definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

1 star on food because I wasn’t served. 1 star on service due to non rational decisions from staff.
I walked in and ordered a slider. Im told no slider buns so, no slider available. I requested a full size version due to the inconvenience only to be told, ill be upcharged and double charged from the base rate of a jalapeño roast beef slider. Total was 3 times what a slider is costs which was over 8 dollars with tax for 1 sandwich. Though im told double the meat and Swiss cheese plus jalapeños are extra. I asked for a discount and was told “it doesnt work that way”.
In this situation, anywhere else I go and something is advertised and not available, im given a comparable option for the same price even if the portion is slightly larger.
The man at this arbys wasn’t entertained by my idea and basically allowed me to walk out with nothing.
Arbys is the only fast food restaurant I stop at on the road.
After this experience, ill find a new favorite.

The food was horrible. I tried the new cheese steak sandwich and it was gooey, messy and tasted horrible. I love the beef and cheddars, but this just a mess. For the price I paid, I should’ve got at least a decent sandwich. This was like soup

I was looking forward to a classic roast beef sandwich accompanied with Arby’s special sauce. We arrive and everything seems well until after telling them everything we wanted, they say they are out of roast beef. We changed our order and so we wait patiently for it and when we get it we asked for Arby’s sauce and they had ran out of that too. Before that the credit card processor wouldn’t work and they didn’t have napkins in the front. What in the world!?

They are the rudest laziest people they work in this place. They don’t want to help you . They all just looked at us when we walked in she walked up to the counter and we waited and waited for her to say anything to us. One of them “wearing gloves” picks up some food and something disgusting looking off the floor then goes bs l to handling the food with the same gloves on. The drink machine was out of drinks. It looked like a child fixed our food it wasn’t even on the bun just spread all over in the wrapper .

Heather so kind! Very friendly. Unlike so many places fast food, fine dining or just the grocery store & people are rude, at this Arby’s Heather was welcoming! My husband & I also met Candice who is the manger here. The place was so clean! The food was extremely fresh! Candice does a wonderful job here with keeping the place clean & having great workers like Heather
