Had us waiting 15 minutes just to order when there was absolutely no one in front of us. Was very frustrating as we do come here a good amount. There have never been any real issues. Will be going to the other BK on GAR from now on. Havent gotten our food yet so we will see how that is. I would say don’t waste your time.

I don’t think I have ever been more disrespected in my life by a manager.l went there with a coupon given to me by another Burger King and was told I couldn’t use it that another fat lady try to use the same type of coupon and stated I lied about were I got the coupon . we went in for dinner tonight and it was very busy, the 3 girls were overwhelmed. The spongebob promotion was killing them. I didn’t get any of their names, but they all did a fantastic job. They overcame how busy ot was and got through it. They all had great attitudes. It’s not easy being short handed and busy and these girls were amazing. We will definitely be back. I only wish we got their names. It was on 12/4 around 530 or so.

It’s a Burger King… Service was fine and patient with us since we don’t go here much and had to look over the menu. I like that they brought back what seems to a be a new version of the classic logo. The late 90s/2000s one was trash.

The place was spotless as well as the restroom. Mr. Houtman was very courteous. There was no waiting. I have been to several other Burger Kings in several cities around. None could match up to this resturant. Malachi Houtman is doing a wonderful job Keep up the good work!

Worst place ever . They didn’t pay attention to me , They had me waiting for 15 min before taking my order and it wasn’t even that busy . One of the workers was sweating like a pig and serving fries like that , in the end I left upset and didn’t order anything. Huge Waste of time. Never again.

Picked up an order (whopper jr w/o tomato & fries) in the drive thru. I was asked to park in front of the building to wait for fries. I waited a little over 6 minutes when I received barely warm and stale tasting fries. They were really bad and threw them to the seagulls. My whopper also had tomato which I didn’t want. I would’ve gave 1 star, but the young man who brought me the food was genuinely sweet. Overall, I won’t be ordering there anymore.
