Reviews
The restaurant boasts beautiful decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There’s plenty of space, which makes it ideal for families or larger groups.
As for the service, it was both fast and friendly. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, making sure we had everything we needed.
Now, let’s talk about the food! We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was delicious. The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous—definitely enough to satisfy even the hungriest appetites.
Overall, our experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a great meal in a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be returning!
1. Vegetable fried rice.
2. Penang curry.
3. Noodles.
4. And spicy tofu.
Everything came in big dish plates. Two of them came with a serving spoon and two without when we asked for two serving spoons. They said we don’t have more. I thought they are not understanding our question so we asked another server that we need a serving spoon like the other two and they said yes we are out of it on their dirty and we don’t have more so apparently we were serving our two items with forks. The food was OK not great. Penang curry was really good. Since everything was served in large dish plates, the food got cold so fast I think having a ball would keep the food warm. They have a lot of hibachi tables. We will probably try hibachi next time as I’m a fan of a very hot food so I will be able to eat something right off the cooking grill
We also ordered veggie tempura, which was OK and sweet potato and veggie rolls. The sweet potato rolls were really good.
The food was disappointing overall, especially considering the price. The sushi was mediocre at best — the rice was cold, which made it feel less fresh. We also ordered the pineapple chicken, but the chicken was dry. The orange chicken was slightly better, but still nothing memorable. My son had the hibachi steak, which was okay. We have another hibachi restaurant nearby that does it much better, so this didn’t stand out. The best dish we tried was the panang curry — it was well cooked, nicely seasoned, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The kids also really enjoyed the cute bear cups and specialty drinks.
Service:
The service was great. Our dishes came out quickly, and our waitress Vivian was friendly, attentive, and made the experience more enjoyable.
Atmosphere:
The atmosphere was beautiful. The interior was clean, well kept, and the Japanese-inspired décor was truly awe-inspiring — a very attractive and inviting space.
Overall:
While the service and atmosphere were excellent, the food didn’t match the quality we expected for the price.
We did the hibachi and like all hibachi styled restaurants you get a great show with cute stunts, fun personalities from your grill master. Very entertaining!
The food. I must admit that the quality was good but the amount of food was ridiculously huge portions. Oyster flavored noodles, soup, salad, chicken fried rice, 2 shrimp to start you off. Then comes the main course. I had Golden shrimp and steak
The main issue I had was that the shrimp and steak were over seasoned with salt. I mean a lot of salt.
I couldn’t help but noticed that our fellow foodies ar our table were drinking water pretty consistently as I was. I finally asked if they liked their meal and 4 out of 5 said to salty as well.
Sushi quality was excellent.
With everything considered and this place just opening, I most certainly will be going back to try different items of the menu.
Very big place, ample of sitting.
Food- okay okay- nothing great. Has better food
Service- slow even though place was not busy. Did not like staff snacking on things in kitchen
They have such a big place and when we ordered food, for 4 dishes we got 2 ladles. they did not even have service spoons/ ladles for the meal. Ordering for the table- use it often fork and cross contamination
Staff was not even sorry about that- imagine what will happen if the place is busy???
Server- ask what’s good here? they will just ask you in return what do you like? And manipulate their answer accordingly
