I go here for lunch from time to time. On one particular day, they were slammed. I thought I was gona be in and out since I was next. But, 3 online orders ahead with 3-4 sandwiches each. The young guy and gal handled the pressure great! They were going fast and communicating to ensure these orders were right. I did not mind the wait while watching this teamwork! I was apologized to twice during the process as well as others behind me. Good job you two!

This place seems to be pretty hidden. I have lived off of Coors for 2 years and never noticed we had one so close. The sandwich was good, made perfectly, but the service was a bit off. There was only one person working and she was very quiet and almost seemed annoyed. Now that I know that there is one close, we will probably be back a lot more often.

We enjoy eating here for more of a healthier choice. But we’ve noticed that on more then 1 occasion the lettuce was brown and wilted looking, so much so that we opted out of adding it to our sandwiches. The new drinks are nice for a change.

This location is getting worse by the week. There is literally a new crew there everyday and they have no idea what they are doing. This location has no ice in the soda machine. Employees know and will warn you it’s out but wont refill it. Half the machine is spitting out water and not product. Took about 20 minutes to get a sandwich with only 2 ppl in front of me. I’m not sure who is supposed to be running the place but all 3 employees looked lost. Gentleman in front of me wanted to pay for his 3 sandwiches but store didnt have change. SOL. Got to my truck, whoops they forgot to cut the sub in half. Had to rip it in half. This subway needs to get its act together.

The drive through is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I’ve on multiple occasions waited longer than 10 mins. Today I waited 10 min without anybody coming to the window. I went inside ( ruining the purpose of a drive through) and was told sorry I have these people in front of you?!. I ordered 10 min ago but the guy that walked in right on front of me was first?!! She didn’t have the decency to walk over to the window to tell me she was busy and it might be a while. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!

***No more dine in started today.*** Drove up to an empty drive through and placed an order. Waited 20 mins just to be charged then waited again for the order to be made. Courteously asked if they could chop my salad since they forgot last time and they didnt. I come to this subway frequently and even worked for the franchise before. Never had an issue that wasn’t understandable befor e and even regularly tip. Having worked there before I know how seldom that happens. I was prepared to tip today considering my “special” request and didnt even mind much the wait time. But whoever was working that day clearly cared little for this companies customers. 1 out of 5 and im sorry to anyone else who might get the flak for this single employee. About 12 pm btw, if that matters to management.

Drive thru sucks don’t ever go to the drive thru!!! Today I waited a total of 30 mins!! The guy brings me my food 20 mins after I’ve ordered it and says I’ll right back with your drink!!! Well 10 mins later no drink so I walked inside grab a cup off the counter and filled up my own drink and left!!! It seems that they cater to the inside customers 1st regardless on when you got to the drive thru!!!

Do not order on a food delivery app. I ordered two subs and both came messed up. One being a Turkey sub that was missing toppings and the second being a meatball sub in which all the bread was soggy and completely soaked in grease. Waste of good money.

I wish I could give no stars, The drive through never works……I went today, the screen read “update in process” So I pulled up to the window, rand the doorbell that was there when a kid poked his head out and looked at me like I was inconveniencing him and said “yes?” I told him the screen wasent work and he replied “Did you want something?” I told him yes, a sandwich, He then told me “ok, but I would have to write all down and make it” My wife, decided she did not want to eat there so I told him them and his answer was “ok sir” I am not one for complaining or ever writing these reviews but this location continues to disappoint,.
