Food is good if they get your order right. I ordered a large chili with extra cheese and extra onions and 2 junior chicken can BLT sandwiches. And when I got home found out, they forgot the cheese and the onions in the chili, and they gave us the basic Chicken Sandwich, minus the tomatoes, Lettuce, cheese and bacon. Make sure to check your order before you leave. And don’t wait until you get home to check it. Because 50% of the time it’s gonna be wrong. In our situation, we got robbed of things that we paid extra for and didn’t get and that’s very disappointing. But the food tastes great, even if it’s not exactly what we ordered.

It’s a new location and I think the employees and management are victims of circumstance. The manager explained that the road makes so much noise and the employees have a hard time taking orders. When I went inside my group didn’t experience any problems. The food was great and the indoor service was phenomenal.

This location has great food just like all the others I’ve gone to, however, they fail at everything else. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. I was asked to repeat myself at least three times at the drive thru even though I spoke very loudly. It’s very clear it’s mainly teenagers who work here because they forget everything, napkins, sauce, etc. Don’t you dare ask for extra sauce though, because it “costs extra” even though I never got the correct amount in the first place. When I tried to explain that to the cashier she said “have a great day” and slammed the window in my face. Customer service is non existent. One sauce for 20 nuggets? Ridiculous.

My first couple of experiences with this location were good, but the last two trips have soured my opinion. I’m not a confrontational person, so I haven’t posed this question to the individuals working there, but WHY do I need to go park in a spot when I am at the window? there wasn’t anyone behind me! and even if there was someone behind me, why do I have to leave the window and wait somewhere else?? This Wendy’s isn’t the only restaurant that does this, but everyone of them frustrates me. If it is a performance metric that you are trying to meet, you are dealing with it wrong! Also, the quality of the food has been going down.
