Five stars all around for this sushi gem! From the freshness of the fish to the skillful preparation, every bite was a delight. The presentation was impeccable, and the service was top-notch. A must-visit for any sushi lover! I’m not a meat lover but will most definitely recommend the Al pastor roll. The Diablo shrimp roll is a must try. Great kick of spice. Spicy tuna roll was my fav(very generous with the avocado). Most definitely stopping here again. Very well worth the hour drive .

I didn’t want to go home yet when getting off of work so I stumble across this sushi bar(Food Truck in front of Don Sal) the workers there was down to earth and very knowledgeable of the menu. I chose the diablo tuna roll with crunchy onion. I’m a big sushi eater so the food overall has a merging flavor. Mines started with the raw fish on top of the sushi and the sauce I pour on top with the spicy tuna is what gave me the merging spicy flavor I like in sushi. Now price for some might bother people but not me when you are getting fresh high quality sushi the price is an understatement. I give it a 10 for presentation, a 10 for fresh changing layers of taste, and a 10 for having kind souls. Please give Los Diablos sushi bar a try you won’t regret it at all. And if you tried out their sushi please give them a honest review it’s the kindest thing you can do in supporting an competitive market. Their server was very friendly and helpful! The aguachile sashimi was so tender and delicious, the spicy tuna crispy rice was so crunchy and the spicy tuna was flavorful! The al pastor roll was spicy but so unique and the flavors were well balanced, it worked well together. The atmosphere got a 3/5 because I think the truck can use some more decoration to it! Maybe a sticker truck or a chalk truck and let people write on it directly. The possibilities are endless 10/10 recommend <3

WOW. Is all I can say. Honestly my favorite sushi spot at the moment. The Al pastor roll was something I’ve never even heard of and they perfected it. As well as the el Diablo roll. Both of them had amazing flavors and the sauce that they use gives it the extra kick you need to blend everything together. Will definitely be going back more than once.
