During a snow storm all employees here were happy, smiling and quick to get my order. I’m picky with my coffee and the girl was so patient and kind with me. I run a local business and I can say that this is how a business should be run. Who I assume is the manager was right there helping, interacting with me while running the drive thru (I went inside). Food was excellent. Both drinks were perfect! Staff above amazing!

I love this Starbucks. My favorite thing about ordering here is that the baristas are so helpful – if I am undecided on what to get (because I like trying different combos all the time!) I ask for recommendations or what their favorite is, and am never disappointed. I am an older lady, and not so speedy, but they always have patience and kindness with me. Thank you!

This Starbucks is usually a decent place to grab a coffee in the morning if I do not feel like brewing it myself or I am in for a long drive. My advice is to avoid it completely if you see that they have a long line at the window, as it seems like they prioritize the drive-through customers over the customers ordering inside. I waited for 20 minutes for my coffee and had to leave without even getting it because I had somewhere to be. It seemed like they only had one person making coffees for the people ordering inside and the drive-through, and as much as she was trying diligently to get everything done, it is just too much work for one person. The staff is very pleasant and the product is usually great, but they seem mismanaged and the layout of the kitchen seems inefficient. Avoid if they look busy, as the wait time will be absurd.

Standard Starbucks. Nothing exciting happening here. Plentiful parking if you need it. Front and rear entrance, bathrooms with combination locks on them. I keep wondering how soon they’ll put those locks into action.

I went here yesterday to get my first pumpkin of the season at around 1:00/1:30 and i was so excited. their lobby was closed so i went through the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and i overheard one of the workers yell, “but is that poop and pee water where we are making and serving food and drink?” to which some other guy there said “yeah but it’s not flooding you guys out”. needless to say i threw my drink away and went down to the one on loudon road because what??? i hope the workers were sent home and maybe i misheard something but they shouted it pretty loud so
