The team was really welcoming and super fun to talk to this morning, giving us great suggestions on seasonal flavors and making our first visit very enjoyable!

Probably the best iced caramel latte I’ve had. This blows the other chains out of the water. Their caramel actually taste Iike a caramel chew compared to the others. I would definitely recommend and will be back. Drive thru was super fast as well.

I recently visited Five Lakes in Columbia City, and it was fantastic! You can tell these people know coffee! It was served hot, fast, and tasted like heaven. The cost was comparable to other coffee shops, which are all a little pricey, but that’s just inflation. What is important is that you get value for your money and you do here!
The staff was friendly and helpful, making useful recommendations. I met the owner, a friendly man, who you can tell is passionate about his business and the quality of the coffee and service.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for hanging out or getting some work done [outlets at every table]. I’ve tried a couple of other places in town, but you can’t beat the friendly atmosphere at this place. Plus, there’s a nice outdoor patio to enjoy a beverage and a bagel.
Overall, I highly recommend Five Lakes for anyone looking for great coffee and an altogether great experience. I have visited several times and can’t wait to return.

So happy that this has opened in Columbia City! It’s a clean, upbeat, yet relaxing atmosphere, and I love that they have Jenga set out to play. I love coffee, but nursing a caffeine-sensitive baby, I need to drink decaf, and they have been able to accommodate my need without any loss of good taste. I feel like they know me here!

Stopped in Sunday morning on our way back to Ohio after visiting relatives in Columbia City, and we fell in love with the place! The staff was super friendly, and the menu is awesome. Our coffee and breakfast sandwiches were delicious! We wish we had a Five Lakes closer to home!

I go almost every single day to get their amazing iced white chocolate mocha with raspberry. I highly recommend going here. It’s not bad priced. The people are so friendly and always has a smile. They are pretty quick at making the drinks so I don’t have to sit in the drive thru very long! Love that this place has come to our little town!

Columbia City’s Five Lakes Coffee is wonderful! The owner and staff are kind and very welcoming. I’ve had quite a few items on the menu and various drinks and all of them were fantastic! My favorite so far has been the caffè breve and French toast muffin! The interior is well decorated, comfortable and is conducive to meeting with friends, enjoying a book, or working remote. All around a great place!

Five Lakes has quickly became our favorite stop before grocery shopping on the weekends. The bagel sandwiches are delicious (love the garlic parm sauce! ) and I’ve fine-tuned my favorite coffee order. The staff is always friendly and it is very clean indoors.
